The study of plant diversity plays an important role in maintaining ecological balance and speeding up the construction of nature reserves.The evaluation of plant diversity provides the basis and guidance for the discovery of endangered species,the protection of plant resources and the ecological balance of protected areas.At the same time,accelerate the modernization process of plant diversification evaluation,improve the level of ecological civilization.Based on the research of plant diversity evaluation,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the plant resources in the Danxia Wutong Nature Reserve of Nanxiong City,and summarizes the species diversity and plant resource diversity around the plant region.The diversity of plant community was analyzed and evaluated by three plates,and the evaluation of each plate was obtained results or evaluation index,so as to propose more reasonable and effective protection measures and suggestions.(1)Plant resources and plant community structure in nature reserve were investigated by the method of sample square and sample line.?There are 1025 species of vascular plants belonging to 584 genera and 175 families.Among them,there are 97 species of pteridophyte,56 genera,31 families,7 species of gymnosperms,138 families,521 genera,921 species of angiosperms,including 115 families,414 genera,739 species of dicotyledonous plants,and 182 species of monocotyledonous plants belonging to 23 families,107 genera and 2 species.There are 4 vegetation groups,8 vegetation types and 22 floras.?There are 8 plots in the reserve,which are the pure forest of Firmiana dansiaensis(2),the Firmiana dansiaensis and Shrub community,the community of Pinus massoniana and Firmiana dansiaensis,the community of coniferous mixed forest,the grass irrigation community,the community of bamboo and Alsophila spinulosa,the community of Schima superba and Gardenia jasminoides.(2)Flora were studied from species composition,life form structure,floristic properties and rare endemic plants.?There are 392 species of woody plants,which evergreen are 275 species and deciduous are 117 species,633 species of herbaceous plants,including 96 ferns plants,3 73 dicotyledonous plants and 164 monocotyledonous plants.?There are 12 regional types of internal medicine in the reserve,including 52 families of pantropical distribution and its forms,accounting for 36.1%non-world wide species,and 41 families in the world,ranking the second in the world.Pan-tropical distribution and its forms are the most common,accounting for 26.2%of the total genera(492 general).The distribution of 41 genera in the world,42 genera in the Old World,and 62 genera in the North temperate Zone and its forms account for 8.3%,8.5%,and 12.6%,respectively.?A total of 6 national protected plants were found in the protected area,accounting for 13.3%of the national secondary protected plants(45 species)in Guangdong province.There were 16 species in the appendix of the national trade convention,mostly Orchidaceae plants,and 4 species of endemic plants in the protected area.(3)The plant diversity in the reserve was evaluated from regional species diversity,plant resource diversity and plant community diversity.?The reserve of 774 kinds of plant resources,through a comprehensive analysis of the selected resource utilization value evaluation system for large or great plant resources evaluation of development potential(157 total),and has great development potential,large,medium plant species were 7,43,41,accounting for 58%,plant resources development of great value.?Through the establishment of plant community diversity evaluation system,using the AHP,the index model was established,and the index weight was determined.The comprehensive evaluation plant index CEI was 6.71,and the plant diversity was in a good level.(4)The evaluation results are of scientific significance for the conservation of plant diversity in nature reserves,and the corresponding conservation strategies are put forward to promote the sustainable development of nature reserves.
