Mid-term Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Natural Forest Resources Protection Project Phase ? In Shanxi Province

The implementation of natural forest resources protection project has a very significant significance,has an extensive and far-reaching impact.This paper introduced the implementation of natural forest resources protection project area in Shanxi.In order to improve the scientific nature of the evaluation,this paper evaluates the comprehensive benefits of the second phase of natural forest resources protection project in Shanxi Province from the two aspects of value measurement and analytic hierarchy process,based on the relevant research methods at home and abroad,combined with the actual data of Shanxi Province,using the relevant data of the eighth and ninth national forest resource inventory,forestry statistics yearbook and review report on implementation of natural forest resources protection project in Shanxi Province in 2010-2015,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.And it provides a certain scientific basis for the forestry economy sustainable use and development.Research indicates:(1)During the period from 2011 to 2015,with the implementation of the second phase of natural forest resources protection project,the total forest resources and forest volume of Shanxi Province showed a good growth trend.The forest quality,the forest coverage rate and forest productivity was further improved.And resulting in a value of $ 80.241 billion.(2)It shows that the implementation of natural forest resources protection project has played the great ecological,economic and social benefits of natural forest,which the comprehensive benefits of 94.84%,ecological benefits accounted for 58.27%,economic benefits accounted for 21.21%,social benefits accounted for 15.36%.Mainly in the forest management and protection strengthened generally,the ecological environment continued to improving,the ecological awareness of the people increased significantly,forestry workers continued to improve life,forestry and economic development improved steadily,while increasing the employment opportunities in rural areas,easing the employment pressure.
