Objective to verify the feasibility and advantages of a noninvasive simple external fixator for the treatment of canine radial fractures.12 experimental dogs were used, and 6 were experimental and control groups.Radial fracture of the dog was artificially manufactured. The control group was treated with conventional bone plate internal fixation, and the experimental group was created with this study. At present, the treatment of small animal fractures in China is mostly internal fixation of bone plates. The technique of internal fixation of bone plates requires complete anatomic reduction of the fracture site, large surgical wounds, long recovery time, and long operation time. The non-invasive and simple external fixator does not require complete anatomic reduction of the fracture site, minimal surgical wounds, and early functional recovery, but also has unique advantages for old fractures, failed fracture internal fixation, and joint dislocation fractures. The non-invasive and simple external fixator technology is improved on the basis of the traditional external fixator. The external fixator technology is not yet known to everyone in China. Objective:To compare the experimental methods of non-invasive simple external fixator and internal fixation of two kinds of canine radius fractures in dogs to provide theoretical basis for clinical application of non-invasive simple external fixator in small animal fractures. And through our research, more people understand and understand the BO theory, and under the guidance of the theory to carry out more non-invasive or minimally invasive fracture surgery.During the trial, each fracture treatment method, wound size, length of operation, function recovery time,X-ray film observation of fracture healing process, comparison of infection rate after surgery, blood routine determination, alkaline phosphatase assay, and bone tissue section comparison were recorded. The test results showed that the average time of the test group was about 30 minutes, and the average time of the control group was about 70 minutes. The test group used significantly less time than the control group. The test group disassembled the stent early, and the blood test results showed that the test group had almost no inflammatory reaction;basic phosphoric acid The comparison of enzyme assay results,X-ray observation at the fracture site and observation of bone tissue microscopy showed that the experimental group recovered early and healed faster.Compared with the conventional method for internal fixation of bone plates, the non-invasive and simple external fixator used in this trial has a shorter surgical time, less bleeding, more simple and safer, and has a faster recovery of postoperative limb function. You can walk normally.
