A Study On Sustainable Management Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Forest Resources In Paiyangshan Forest,Guangxi

Sustainable development of society cannot be separated from sustainable development of forestry,while sustainable development of forestry is closely related to sustainable development of forest resources.State-owned forest farm is the backbone of China's timber production and forestry industry development.It is also the main carrier to implement the strategy of sustainable forest management and promote the construction of ecological civilization."Green water green mountain is jinshan silver mountain",the healthy sustainable development of forestry plays an important role in the whole national economy development,and also is an important measure to improve the ecological environment.This paper takes Guangxi state-owned sent Paiyangshan forest farm(hereinafter referred to as the paiyangshan forest farm)as the research object,on the basis of analyzing the dynamic changes of forest resources,evaluation of Paiyangshan forest farm of forest resources management state,through using Liu Daihan proposed indicators for sustainable forest management unit level management system,and the indexes and weights are scientific adjustment,to send Paiyangshan evaluate the status quo of the forestry sustainable forest management and put forward the countermeasures of sustainable forest resources management.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)since 2011,the forest has updated afforestation area is increasing,the whole forest volume continues to increase,the arbor tree species per unit area volume has increased significantly,the whole forest is given priority to with health,less plant diseases and insect pests occurrence.However,there are still some problems,such as the improvement of forest management level,the still weak infrastructure in the forest area,the arduous task of recycling the land in the occupied land,and the improvement of management level.(2)through the adoption of sustainable forest management unit level management index system can be seen that,in 2015 forest forest management state is sustainable on the whole,in 2011,belongs to the weak sustainable,2015 state form old[data]is better for sustainable forest management in 2011.The ecological and social sustainable management of forest farm has developed in a good way.(3)for how to implement the Paiyangshan forestry sustainable forest resources management countermeasures,namely:the scientific management policy,scientific adjustment type of forest management planning,increase forest resource cultivation,strengthening the forest cultivation technical support,improve forest infrastructure and production and living conditions,perfect forest resources protection and supervision mechanism,err on the side of the reform of state-owned forest farms.
