Evaluation Of Sustainable Forest Management Based On The Reform For Huangmian State-owned Forest Farm

With the development of society,People pay more and more attention to the protection and utilization of forest resources,which makes the sustainable management of forest become the focus of attention,Especially since the implementation of the reform of state-owned forest farm,the forest management objectives of state-owned forest farm have changed greatly,from focusing on economic benefits to focusing on ecological construction,and the degree of sustainable forest management is an important index to evaluate the results of the reform of state-owned forest farm.Therefore,the study of suitable forest sustainable evaluation system is beneficial to the evaluation and guidance of the reform of state-owned forest farm,and it is of great significance to realize the overall development of the ecology,economy and society of state-owned forest farm.Taking Guangxi state-owned Huangmian forest farm as the research object,In Liu Daihan puts forward the index system of sustainable forest management unit level management,on the basis of combining with the characteristics of Huang Mian forest farm forest management,the reform of state-owned forest farms out relating to the ecological,economic and social sustainability 25 single index constructed Huang Mian forest farm evaluation index system of sustainable forest management,and combining the expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the assignment method to determine the index weight.The sustainable management of Huangmian forest farm before and after the reform of state-owned forest farm was analyzed by comprehensive evaluation,obtains the following main research results:(1)From the perspective of ecological,economic and social sustainability,the indicators of ecological,economic and social sustainability in 2015 were 0.4432,0.1606 and 0.1535 respectively.In 2018,the indicators of ecological,economic andsocial sustainability were 0.4618,0.1797 and 0.1710 respectively.After the reform,the score index of ecology,economy and society in 2018 was higher than that in 2015,indicating that the reform of state-owned forest farm had achieved good development in ecology,economy and society;(2)From the overall evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation score of sustainable management in 2015 is 0.7573,which is generally weak sustainable management.The comprehensive evaluation score of sustainable management in2018 is 0.8122,which is generally sustainable management.Obviously,the state of sustainable operation in 2018 is better than that in 2015;(3)From the perspective of the evaluation process,the key factors influencing the sustainable management of Huangmian forest farm are: simple tree species structure,low proportion of public welfare forest,unreasonable age group structure of timber stands,large room for improvement of yield per unit area,single economic component,unreasonable industrial structure,etc.The evaluation results are in line with the actual forest management situation of Huangmian forest farm,indicating that the index system established in this paper is reasonable and can be used to evaluate the sustainable forest management status of state-owned forest farm reform in Huangmian forest farm.(4)In view of the problems existing after the reform of state-owned forest farms,the paper puts forward the optimized measures for sustainable forest management,including scientific development of forest management objectives,improvement of forest resource protection and supervision mechanism,optimization of industrial structure,continuous implementation of FSC forest certification,and promotion of progress and innovation in forestry science and technology.
