Taking cucumber variety of Nanza 2 as experimental material,this study design day and night temperature on cucumber in growth chamber,the maximum temperature/minimum temperature was designed as three levels:36 ?/26 ?,39 ?/29 ? and 42 ?/32 ? took maximum temperature/minimum temperature 26 ?/16 ? as control(CK)and the temperature varies throughout the day,to research the dynamic changes of morphology,dry matter accumulation,fruit quality and yield reduction rate,then study the response of these indexes to high temperature stress.Disaster indicators were determined according to the yield reduction rate.Disaster indicators were determined according to the yield reduction rate,then risk grading regionalization of high temperature stress of facilities of cucumber in JiangSu Province has been made based on the GIS technology.The results can provide theoretical basis for optimal temperature regulation in facility cucunmber production and provide decision-making opinions on the early warning service of cucumber high temperature disaster in JiangSu Province.The results are as follows:(1)Cucumber plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and dry weight of organs decreased after high temperature stress.High temperature stress for 5,7 days,plant height,stem diameter and dry weight of organs were significant differences between treatments,and recovered for 28 days,the cucumber did not return to the CK level.The root crown of cucumber is generally greater than that in the early stage of natural growth,as the stress of high temperature,the root crown of cucumber decreased.(2)After 1,3,5,7 days of high temperature stress,the soluble protein content in leaf were highest in CK,36?,36 ?,CK;the soluble protein content in stem were highest in 39?,39?,36?,CK;the soluble protein content in root were highest in CK;the vitamin C content in leaf were highest in CK after high temperature stress,the vitamin C content in leaf and stem were highest in 42?;the vitamin C content in root were highest in 42?,42 ?,CK,CK.(3)The results showed that after high temperature stress the dry weight,fresh weight,longest fruit stalk,shortest fruit stalk and the length of the fruit were decreased.The differences between the indicators after 7 days stress were significant except longest fruit stalk.After 1,3,5,7 days of high temperature stress,the free amino acid,vitamin C content in fruit and fruit moisture content were highest in CK;the soluble sugar content were highest in 39 ?;the soluble protein content were highest in CK,39 ?,36 ? CK.Each high temperature stress was process for 5 days,the reduction rate of cucumber is greater than 50%,the number of malformed fruit is greater than 2.High temperature stress does not produce fruit for 7 days.(4)Based on GIS platform,the frequency of high temperature damage of cucumber facilities in JiangSu Province have been made,the results are as follows:The frequency of level ? ? high temperature damage in southern JiangSu Province is high and the frequency of level ?,IV high temperature damage in northern is high.The areas with the highest frequency of level ?,?,?,? high temperature damage are LianShui,GuanYun,SuiNing,WuXiandong respectively and the lowest frequency are SuiNing,LianShui,GanYu,GuanYun.The climate of XuZhou and GanYu,located in the north of Jiangsu Province,are superior to the terrain,the temperature are too high in WuXi and ChangZhou summer greenhouse,these places are not suitable for agriculture in these seasons.
