Wheat is one of the most widely cultivated crops in the world,and it has a wide range of adaptability.However,with the continuous growth of the world population,the existing wheat yield and quality can not meet the needs of future food production.Therefore,the improvment of wheat yield and quality has become a global challenge.With the in-depth study of breeding method and heterosis theory,the heterosis has firstly been applied to maize and rice in China,however,there is a little bit of study of heterotic group partition in wheat,and it still rely on cumbersome traditional breeding,therefore,the heterosis of wheat population division method need in-depth study,in order to improve the efficiency of wheat breeding and selection of wheat hybrid,promote the research work on wheat heterosis.In this study,the agronomic traits,quality traits and combining ability of wheat combinations were selected through the observation and statistics of the whole growth period traits of wheat.This test was carried out in 2015-2017.Incomplete diallel crosses were carried out on the basis of Zhou Mai 20 as female parent,Ai kang 58,Nong Da L806,Yu Mai 34 and Zhou Mai 32 as male parents,and with a series of breeding analysis of the 1 generation hybrid wheat.This paper is divided into three parts:Epigenetic analysis of agronomic and quality traits in the F1 generation of four wheat crossesBy observing and analyzing the phenotypes of agronomic and quality traits of wheat,we found that the characters of wheat were related to their parents,and the phenotypes of wheat leaf type,leaf shape,leaf color and grain character were like male parent.The grain filling rate has a certain relationship with the photosynthetic rate,and it will decrease with the decrease of photosynthetic rate in the late stage of wheat grain filling.After analyzing the mean and coefficient of variation of 4 crosses,it was found that the stability of plant height,bulk density and stability time is better.Compared with the coefficient of variation of 4 crosses,we could conclude that the agronomic characters of F1 generation of Yu Mai 34 and Zhou Mai 20 were the most stable type,while the F1 generation of Zhou Mai 32 and Zhou Mai 20 had the most stable quality characters.The characters of wheat correlation analysis showed that plant height and panicle length,awn length between the positive correlation betweenspike length and grain weight per panicle and grain number are positive correlation,wet gluten content and dough stability time,development time was positively correlated,but negatively correlated with the ductility,sedimentation value correlated with protein content,moisture and water absorption rate is positive.In addition,the correlation between agronomic traits and plant yield from large to small was the following: tillers > panicles > per plant grains> 100 grain weight.Analysis of combining ability and genetic parameters of paternal traits in four combinations four wheat crossesThrough the analysis of the general combining ability and genetic parameters of the 4 hybrid combinations of wheat,it can be concluded that the plant height and the panicle number of the Aikang 58 and the Zhou Mai 20 are high in general combining ability,and the 100 grain weight of Yumai 34 and Zhou Mai 20 is generally high.The crude protein content,sedimentation value,bulk density,water absorption and wetness of L806 and Zhou Mai 20 of China Nongda and Zhou Mai 20 are high.The general combining ability of gluten content was high,and the flour yield of Zhou Mai 32 and Zhou Mai 20 was high.The genetic parameter analysis shows that the wheat traits are mostly influenced by additive effect and non additive effect,but 100 grain weight and ear length are greatly influenced by non additive effect,and other traits are greatly influenced by additive effect.Wheat traits are much more affected by genes than the environmental factors,and their generalized heritability is greater than the narrow heritability,indicating that non additive effects also affect the performance of the tested wheat.A preliminary study on the cold resistance of the F1 generation of the hybrid combination four wheat crossesPhysiological and biochemical analysis were related through the low temperature treatment of wheat seedlings,4 hybrids F1 in wheat seedlings SOD activity,PODactivity,CAT activity,MDA content,soluble protein content,free proline content and conductivity after low temperature treatment were improved obviously.Through physiological and biochemical analysis,it was found that the cold tolerance of No.1 was better in the hybrid combination of Ai Kang 58 and Zhou Mai 20.Nong Da L806 and Zhou Mai 20 crosses,progeny growth and physiological and biochemical level were similar to the table that generation of cold resistant ability and parental similarity.In the hybrid combination of Yu Mai 34 and Zhou Mai 20,the cold tolerance of No.5 was the best.In the hybrid combination of Zhou Mai 32 and Zhou Mai 20,the cold tolerance of No.4 was better.after the treatment of low temperature wheat physiological and biochemical level of growth in Zhou Mai 20 is small,and the inrease of physiological and biochemical level of Yu Mai 34 and Zhou Mai 20 hybrid combinations and Zhou Mai 32 and Zhou Mai 20 hybrids was lower than that of its parents,therefore,the above two combinations of wheat cold capacity is expected to be improved.
