In order to screen out the best cross combinations for meat sheep raised in Tangshan, the hybridization tests were conducted in 3 groups in this study. The three introduced Australian white sheep,Dorper sheep and Charolais sheep were used as male parents, and the small tail Han sheep as female parent. The growth performances of three group mutton sheep F1 were determined. At the same time, the genetic effects of CLPG gene were analyzed. The results showed that, under the same feeding conditions, the birth weight of Xiahan F1 was the highest, and was significantly higher than that of Duhan F1(P<0.05).The weight of the weaning weight and the Xiahan F1 were the highest among males and females, and the rams and Aaohan F1 were significantly different(P<0.01).The ewe and the Aaohan F1 were significantly different(P<0.01).There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The 6-month-old body weight, the male and female ewes of the cross Xiahan F1 were still the highest, and the ram and the Duhan F1 chill were significantly different(P<0.01),and were significantly different from the Duhan F1(P<0.05).There were extremely significant differences between the Duhan F1 and the Duhan F1(P<0.01).The average daily weight gains of Duhan F1 was the highest from weaning to 6 months of age,but there was no significant difference among three groups(P>0.05).The above results suggest that Xiahan F1 has a higher basic weight, and Duhan F1 has a faster growth after weaning. The analysis results of the 3-month body-length index showed that except for body length and chest width of Duhan F1 rams were slightly higher than those of the other groups rams, the other body ruler indexs were the highest in Xiahan F1.The back heigh, chest depth and chest girth of the Xiahan F1 rams and ewes were significantly higher than those of Aaohan F1 rams(P<0.01).The results of the6-month body-length index analysis showed that except for body length and body height of Aaohan F1 were slightly higher than the other groups, the other body ruler indexs were the highest in Xiahan F1.The chest girth and chest depth of the Xiahan F1 ram were significantly higher than those of Aaohan F1 rams(P<0.01),and back heigh, chest girth, chest depth, chest width and hip width Xiahan F1 ewes were significantly higher than those of Aaohan F1 ewes(P<0.01).The above results suggest that the combination of Charolais sheep and Small Tail Han sheep has more obvious advantages. The genetic effects analysis of CLPG gene showed that there was a C?T mutation at the 41 bp of the CLPG gene in the F1 of three group mutton sheep. There were CC and CT genotypes at this mutation site.CT genotype was dominant genotype, and T allele was dominant allele.Least-squares analysis of genotypes and growth traits showed that birth weight, weaning weight,6-month-old body weight,3-month-old and 6-month-old body size indexs of CT type individuals in F1 of three groups mutton sheep were significantly higher than those of CC type individuals, although they were not reached significant level(P>0.05).The results suggest that T allele can promote the growth and development of mutton sheep, and try to select sheep with T allele as a breeding sheep in the future.
