conducted to study the effect of functional additives:DHA(Docosahexaenoic acid)and astaxanthin(pinealbumin)and pine needles on egg laying performance and The impact of egg quality.Experiment 1:Effect of microalgae DHA on egg laying performance and egg quality in laying hensThe purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of microalgae DHA on egg laying performance and egg quality in laying hens.A total of 180 Jinghong chickens of 43 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to the test requirements.Each group consisted of 4 replicates with 15 chickens each.Group I as the control group,group II and III as the experimental group,diets were added microalgae DHA composite additives were 10g/kg、40g/kg,the test period is 49 days.The results showed that:1)1)After the addition of microalgae DHA,the content of propylene glycol in egg yolk decreased,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The content of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase increased with the increase of microalgae DHA,the difference was significant.(P<0.05).2)After adding microalgae DHA,the content of C22:6 n3 increased significantly with the increase of microalgae DHA content,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).3)After the addition of microalgae DHA,the production performance,egg quality and egg yolk of laying hens The difference in TC and TG values was not significant.It can be seen that the addition of 10 g/kg and 40 g/kg of microalgae DHA to egg yolk diets increased the antioxidant properties of the eggs and the content of egg yolk C22:6 n3,and the addition of 40 g/kg microalgae DHA was better..It can be seen that adding 10g/kg、40g/kg of Viburnum DHA to laying hens diet improved egg quality and laying hen performance,and the effect of 4%was better.Experiment 2:Effect of astaxanthin on egg laying performance and egg quality of laying hensThe purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of astaxanthin on egg laying performance and egg quality in laying hens.A total of 200 Beijing Jinghong chickens of 43 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups according to the test requirements.Four replicates were set up in each group,with 10 chickens per replicate.Group I was the control group,and group Ⅱ~Ⅴ was the experimental group.The diet of astaxanthin was 0.06g/kg,0.12g/kg,0.24g/kg and 0.36g/kg,respectively.The experiment period was 49 days.The results showed that:(1)The yolk color of each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).With the addition of astaxanthin compound additive,the yolk color gradually became deeper,and 3.6g/kg astaxanthin compound additive was added to the egg.The yellow effect is most noticeable.(2)Adding astaxanthin compound additive reduced the content of MDA in egg yolk,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the content of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase was significantly increased(P<0.05)..The average GSH-PX content in the Group V egg yolks was the highest.(3)After adding astaxanthin compound additive,the astaxanthin deposited in the egg yolk increased with the increase of the amount,and there was a significant difference among the groups(P<0.05).(4)After adding astaxanthin compound additive,the production performance,egg quality and egg yolk TC and TG values were not significantly different(P>0.05).It can be seen that the addition of astaxanthin compound additive in layer diets significantly improves the egg yolk color and the antioxidant properties of the yolk,and the addition of 0.36 g/kg astaxanthin compound additive has a significant effect.Experiment 3:Effect of pine needles on egg laying performance and egg quality in laying hensThe purpose of this experiment is to study the effect of pine needles on egg laying performance and egg quality in laying hens.A total of 200 Beijing Jinghong chickens of 43 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the test requirements.Each group consisted of four replicates with 25 chickens per replicate.Group I was control group,group II was test group,pine needle powder content was 30g/kg in test group,test period was 49 days.The results showed that:1)After the pine needle powder was added,the egg production rate of laying hens increased,and the ratio of material to eggs decreased.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).2)After adding pine needle powder,egg weight increased slightly,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the percentage of egg yolk increased,the percentage of eggshell decreased,and the color of egg yolk increased.3)After adding pine needle powder,the saturated fatty acid of egg yolk decreased,and the unsaturated fatty acid increased,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).It can be seen that the addition of 30g/kg pine needle powder improves the egg production performance and egg quality. | |
