The test selection Yanbian yellow cattle 70 head for material,analysis of SNP loci of three genes of ANGPTL4,FABP4 and PLIN gene by direct sequencing and PCR-RFLP technology,and correlation analysis with meat quality traits of Yanbian Yellow Cattle.Expression analysis of FABP4,PPARr,ANGPTL4 and LPL in different genotype individuals of 5 linkage disequilibrium loci of FABP4 gene.In order to screen out the functional genes or molecular markers that significantly affect the meat quality of Yanbian cattle.The experimental results are as follows:1.The ANGPTL4 gene found 2 mutation sites were moderately polymorphic.There was no correlation between the 41687 bp C?T and meat quality traits of Yanbian yellow cattle tested.there was a significant correlation between the 41995 bp C?T site and the crude fat content,crude protein content,carcass weight and Marbling of Yanbian cattle,The shows:the crude fat content and carcass weight of CT genotype were significantly higher than those of CC genotype individuals,the marbling grade is better than that of CC genotypes,the crude protein content of CC genotype were significantly higher than those of CT genotype.2.The FABP4 gene found 6 mutation sites were moderately polymorphic.There was a significant correlation between the 3496 bp A?C site and the crude fat content and crude protein content of Yanbian cattle,crude fat content and AC genotype were significantly higher than those of AA genotype and CC genotype,the marbling is better than that of CC genotypes,crude Protein content,AA genotype and CC genotype individuals were significantly higher than those of AC genotype;There was a significant correlation between the 3533 bp A?T site and the crude fat content and crude protein content of Yanbian cattle,the crude fat content of AT genotype were significantly higher than those of AA genotype and TT genotype,the marbling is better than that of TT genotypes,the crude protein content,AA genotype and TT genotype were significantly higher than those of AT genotype;The 3691 bp G?A site was significantly correlated with the water content,crude fat content and crude protein content of Yanbian cattle,showed GG genotype water content is significantly higher than genotype GA and genotype AA,the crude fat content of GA genotypes were significantly higher than GG genotype and AA genotype,the crude protein content of GG genotype and AA genotype was significantly higher than GA genotype;The 3711 bp G?C loci were significantly related to the crude fat content and crude protein content of Yanbian cattle,the crude fat content of GC genotype was significantly higher than that of GG genotype and CC genotype,the marbling is better than that of CC genotypes,the crude protein content of GG genotype and CC genotype was significantly higher than that of GC genotype;3745 bp T?C loci were significantly correlated with crude fat content and crude protein content,crude fat content showed TC genotype was significantly higher than that of the TT genotype and the CC genotype,the marbling is better than that of CC genotypes,the crude protein content of individual genotype TT and genotype CC was significantly higher than that of the TC genotype;3767 bp T?C loci were significantly correlated with crude fat content and crude protein content,crude fat content showed TC genotype was significantly higher than that of the TT genotype and the CC genotype,the marbling is better than that of CC genotypes,the crude protein content of TT genotype and CC genotype individual cattle was significantly higher than that of the TC genotype.3496 bp A?C?3533 bp A?T?3711 bp G?C?3745 bp T?C?3767 bp T?C the 5 loci are in linkage disequilibrium and have similar genetic effects.3.The PLIN gene found 2 mutation sites were low polymorphism.103 bp C?T site and Yanbian yellow crude fat content,slaughter weight,carcass weight,backfat thickness and a significant correlation between the performance of fat content,CT genotype slaughter weight,carcass weight,backfat thickness was significantly higher than that of the CC genotype;156 bp T?C site and Yanbian yellow cattle slaughter weight,carcass weight,backfat thickness and a significant correlation between the TC genotype showed fat slaughter weight,carcass weight,backfat thickness was significantly higher than that of the TT genotype.4.There is a difference in the expression of FABP4,PPARy,ANGPTL4 and LPL in the different genotypes of the 3496 bp A?C,3533 bp A?T?3711 bp G?C?3745 bp T?C and 3767 bp T?C of FABP4 gene in Yanbian cattle,The expression level from high to low is AA genotypes,AB genotypes,and BB genotypes.In the expression of FABP4 gene,the expression of AA genotype was significantly higher than that of AB type and BB type;The expression of AA type in PPAR y gene expression was significantly higher than that of BB type;The expression of AA genotype in ANGPTL4 gene expression was significantly higher than that of AB type and BB type;The expression of the LPL gene expression was significantly higher than that of the BB type and the BB type.
