Study On The Rural Ecological Environment In The Process Of The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In China

In recent years,the environmental problem has become a hot concern in public.As the main body of the new organization production and management in rural areas,farmers 'specialized cooperatives are established relying on the regional environment in rural,which has an unshirkable responsibility for the protection of rural ecological environment.But in the view of dynamic research,there are many researches about the ecological environment problems in rural and the development of the farmers' specialized cooperatives and obtained the good achievement respectively,while the research which combines them were rare and did not have the thorough research.China is an agricultural country,and rural areas occupy the most part of it.The ecological environment in rural has direct influence on the panorama of ecologically environmental construction.However,due to the constraints from local conditions as well as social and economic of rural areas,the rural ecological environment problem is more serious than that in the city.In recent years,with the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives,the rural ecological environment has been affected by different degrees.The general requirements of the construction of the Socialist ecological civilization and the growing demand for the beautiful environment of people have put forward new development directions and requirements for the development of the farmers ' professional cooperatives,which pay more attention to the ecological benefits of the farmers ' professional cooperative than the economic benefits.Based on the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives in China,this paper studies the path of rural ecological environment problem solving in the development trend of Chinese farmers' specialized cooperatives through four parts.Firstly,in this paper,on the basis of what is a cooperative,a definition of farmers' professional cooperatives is given.And it is clarified that this paper defines of farmers' professional cooperatives from the perspective of the service,and them this paper introduces the types and development trend of it.Secondly,this paper divides the development of farmers' professional cooperatives into two stages: the standard and non-standard development on the basis of Law of Farmers ' Specialized Cooperatives.And then the present situation of China's rural ecological environment in these two stages is deeply understood and analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of rural ecological environment in China,this paper explores the role offarmers ' specialized cooperatives in the management of rural ecological environmental problems and the existed problems.Finally,the Machang village,the Midu County and the Tanghe County are set as examples to analyze to cross the county,analyzes the path of solving problems of the rural ecological environment in our country on the background of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.And then found a development road for our farmers' specialized cooperatives and rural ecological environment protection,and so that the rural ecological environmental problems can be improved and a prosperous and beautiful home can be built.
