The device of threshing is the core part of gain combined harvester,it not only determines the quality of threshing and productivity in some extent,but also separation and cleaning.Horizontal-axial threshing device has been widely used in the design of grain combine harvesters.The feature of horizontal-axial threshing device is long threshing time,complete threshing and high efficiency of threshing.Besides,it can do a good job in machining gain.Discovering the law that the varying direction and process of grain in horizontal-axial threshing device and discussing the effectiveness of threshing and relative features of horizontal-axial threshing device,which play a significant role in the application of horizontal-axial threshing device.The paper conduct the design of horizontal-axial threshing device,the simulation analysis of threshing device,simulation of threshing performance of threshing device and the simulation of critical part of threshing device about horizontal-axial threshing device.The main research content and results have been shown as following.1.The whole design of horizontal-axial threshing device has been conducted.Besides,the particular design of threshing cylinder ? spike tooth and concave plate have also been conducted and corresponding parameters has been determined.The main structure and simulation of threshing device is designed in detail,which has made the foundation of the running curve,running process of threshing device and the further study of the feature of horizontal-axial threshing device.2.The geometry model of threshing device and the model of particle has been established.Besides,the running of grain mixture in threshing device has been analyzed with the help of discrete element method and EDEM software.Additionally,the motion situation of rice grain and rice straw and the distribution law of harvest grain along the axis of the cylinder has also been analyzed.The threshing tooth of threshing cylinder has been chosen and it proved that spike of the threshing tooth can satisfy the former design.3.Based on spike tooth horizontal-axial threshing device,using simulation of discrete element method and analysis of range in orthogonal test,the effectiveness of three experiments factors(speed of cylinder?threshing clearance?spacing of threshing tooth)havebeen obtained and also get the best combined parameter under the standard(entrainment loss rate?impurity rate).4.Static force simulation analysis of cylinder of horizontal-axial threshing device has been conducted with the help of ANSYS and corresponding optimized structure has been proposed.Above all,the design of horizontal-axial threshing device has been conducted and corresponding main parameters have been determined.The threshing tooth of threshing cylinder has been chosen with discrete element method and obtain that spike of the threshing tooth is better than other parts.Besides,threshing performance of threshing device has been studied and corresponding finite simulation has been conducted.Additionally,three experiment factors acting on threshing performance indexes have also been given.Finally,the static simulation of cylinder of horizontal-axial threshing device has been finished and the optimized structure has also been conducted.
