Study On The Relationship Between The Accumulation Of Human Capital And The Modernization Of Agriculture In Sichuan

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,the center of this paper is from the accumulation of rural human capital,research how to promote agricultural modernization efficiently,accelerate the realization of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture transformation.Sichuan is a major agricultural province in western China.In recent years,the comprehensive mechanization level of agricultural crops and the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology have been increasing year by year.Under the new normal,the process of agricultural modernization will be accelerated,and there will be a great deal of practical pressure to realize agricultural efficiency,increase farmers’ income,and increase rural green.Agricultural modernization must rely on modern development concept,providing driving force factors of production,management mode,the comprehensive quality of rural laborers directly affects the speed of the introduction of modern agricultural production factors and efficiency.Schulz thought from two aspects of supply and demand to create conditions for the introduction of modern agricultural production factors,demand is the key conditions on farmers are able and willing to accept the new production factors,and the farmers’ willingness or ability to own by the level of education,skill level and is closely related to health,so we must attach importance to promote the rural human capital accumulation of investment activities,these investments include formal education,skills training and health investment,the investment process is a process of rural human capital accumulation,the rural human capital accumulation to improve rural laborers to the modern production idea,factors of production and operation mode of adaptability,have a certain theoretical foundation in this paper,and practical need.The first chapter of thesis research background,significance,literature review includes human capital,agricultural modernization theory and the relationship between the theory achievements of research,the definition of basic concepts.The second chapter analyzes the internal and external effects of rural human capital accumulation,and expounds the mechanism of agricultural modernization by the rural education,skills and healthy human capital accumulation respectively.The third chapter,sichuan rural human capital accumulation and agricultural modernization index evaluation.The agricultural modernization index system of education,health and skill human capital index system and agricultural structure,quality benefit,supply guarantee and technical equipment were constructed.The fourth chapter is empirical analysis.Using factor analysis method to extract principal component factor and regression analysis of principal component factor score,it is concluded that the accumulation of human capital in rural sichuan province has significant influence on agricultural modernization.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and countermeasures.From the perspective of investment structure,rural education,skills and healthy human capital accumulation have promoted the agricultural modernization,but should pay attention to investment balance;From the source of investment,it is necessary to analyze the role of government and individuals in the investment,so as to promote the accumulation of rural human capital,and provide human capital support for the agricultural modernization of sichuan province.
