In this paper,the effects of soluble fiber dietary fiber on the performance,blood biochemical parameters,immune function,apparent nutrient digestibility,intestinal morphology and the environment of the cecum in Fujian rabbit were studied.This study is divided into two experiments.Experiment 1:The effect of soluble fiber diet on caecal in vitro fermentation of Fujian yellow rabbit.High-soluble fiber(alfalfa hay,beet pulp,clover leaf),low soluble fiber(oat grass)and high insoluble fiber(barley bran,Aibo Su)were formulated into Fujian Yellow Rabbit diet at 25%Cecum 48h in vitro test.In vitro gas production,fermentation parameters and true digestibility in vitro were measured to study the effect of soluble fiber on the caecum in vitro fermentation of Fujian yellow rabbit.The results showed that the gas production rate of high soluble fiber group was significantly higher than that of high insoluble fiber group,and the highest yield was in beet pulp group.The true digestibility of high soluble fiber group was highest in vitro.(P>0.05).The pH value and ammonia nitrogen content in the alfalfa hay group and the beet pulp group were significantly lower than those in the high insoluble fiber group(P<0.05),and the beet pulp group pH was significantly lower than the other groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid and total volatile fatty acids in the high soluble fiber group were significantly higher than those in the high insoluble fiber group(P<0.01).The concentrations of total volatile fatty acids(P>0.05).The ratios of acetic acid to propionic acid in alfalfa hay group and beet pulp group were significantly lower than those in high insoluble fiber group(P<0.05),while the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid in clover leaf group No significant difference with the barley bran group(P>0.05).The results suggest that beet pulp as the source of soluble fiber when preparing Fujian Yellow rabbit diet has the highest true in vitro.digestibility of caecum,the highest gas production in vitro and the highest total volatile fatty acid concentration.The high insoluble fiber diet causes the growth of cecum of Fujian yellow rabbit in vitro True digestibility,in vitro gas production and total volatile fatty acid concentrations were reduced.Experiment 2:The study aimed to investigate the effects of different fiber sources on the production performance,blood biochemical indexes,immune function,nutrient digestibility,intestinal morphology and cecum fermentation of Fujian yellow rabbit.200 weaned Fujian yellow rabbits(35±2 days old)were randomly divided into 4 groups:HSDF(alfalfa hay,beet pulp),HIDF(barley bran)And control group(Oat grass),The results showed that:(1)the end-weight and weight-to-weight ratio of HSDF diets were significantly lower than that of HIDF diets(P<0.01).The average daily gain of HSDF was significantly higher than that of HIDF group(P<0.01).The slaughter rate of HSDF was lower than the control diet(P<0.05).(2)The Tp and TG of HSDF were higher than those of control group(P<0.05),T-CHO and Glu were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Glu in HIDF group was higher than that in HSDF group(P<0.01).Serum levels of T-AOC and CAT in HSDF and HIDF groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and HSDF was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).(3)diet IDF will make the spleen index increased(P>0.05).The level of serum IgA in HSDF group was significantly higher than that in control group and HIDF group(P<0.05).The levels of IgG in HSDF group and HIDF group were higher than those in control group.The HSDF2(beet pulp)group was significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the HIDF group and the control group(P>0.05).IgM levels in HIDF group were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.01).The content of SIgA in HIDF group was significantly higher than that in control group and HSDF group(P<0.05).The content of IL-2 in HSDF group and HIDF group was higher than that in control group.The content of IL-la in duodenum and jejunum in HSDF group was lower than that in HIDF group,and the content of IL-la in jejunum Significant difference(P<0.01).(4)HSDF diet increased apparent digestibility of nutrients but decreased apparent nutrient digestibility of SDF.HIDF reduced apparent digestibility of nutrients(P<0.01).With the increase of dietary SDF level,the crypts of duodenum of Fujian yellow rabbit became lighter and the V/C value became larger(P<0.01).The HIDF diet shortens the intestinal villi of Fujian yellow rabbit,deepens the crypts,and decreases the V/C value(P<0.01).HSDF and HIDF diet significantly increased the content of cellulase and hemicellulase in the cecum of Fujian yellow rabbits(P<0.01).HSDF diet significantly increased the content of caecum pectinase(P<0.01),reduced HIDF diet cecum pectinase content.(5)HSDF diet significantly reduced the phlebitis pH value and ammonia nitrogen content of Fujian yellow rabbit(P<0.01).HIDF increased cecum pH and ammonia nitrogen(P<0.01).The contents of TVFA,acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid in HSDF diet were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).HIDF diets are the opposite.(6)Feeding HSDF diet significantly increased E.coli and lactic acid bacteria in the cecum of Fujian rabbits(P<0.01).However,the number of E.coli increased and the number of lactobacilli decreased with the increase of dietary SDF(P<0.01).The number of ruminal bacteria fed with HSDF diet was significantly less than that of control group and HIDF group(P<0.01).The number of ruminal bacteria increased with the increase of dietary IDF level.Comprehensive analysis shows that,SDF diets can affect the production performance,blood biochemical indexes and immune function of Fujian yellow rabbit.SDF diet was more suitable than IDF diet for the production of rabbits in Fujian Yellow Rabbit,and it was more appropriate to use diet of 25%alfalfa hay as ration of SDF in Fujian Yellow rabbit.
