Study On The Path Of Agroecological Transformation Served By Local Colleges And Universities Of Agriculture And Forestry

China is a developing agricultural country,agriculture has always been a vital cornerstone of stability.Agricultural development in China is facing increasingly resource and environment constraints,therefore based on the background of increasingly serious environmental problems,the CPC central committee,with Xi Jinping as the core,has put forward the developmental path access to modern ecological agriculture with high output efficiency,product safety,resource saving and environmental friendliness.Undoubtedly,it is an important solution to benefit the people and its country.Therefore,the colleges and universities of agriculture and forestry(CUAF)as an important part of higher education in China,are facing the challenge how to give full scope the role throughout their advantages including talent resources and scientific research achievements to make better contribution to local agroecological transformation in responses to national call,which is also an important exploratory and worth to study social issues.Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University(FAFU)was taken as an example,the questionnaire survey method,combined with the actual situation was used in this studies,Based on the survey,author analyzed what is present situation and existing problems when CUAF served local agroecological transformation,and pointed out the factors affecting the service effectiveness on local agroecological transformation from different parts such as local governments,CUAF,and farmers(agribusiness).At the same time,author selected and investigated the three cases as on-site survey representative units of Fujian agriculture and forestry university for them to serve local agricultural ecological transformation,then based on the above-mentioned survey combined with information from interviewing the heads of local government workers,farmers and agricultural enterprises through unstructured interviewing,further analyzed the demands for CUAF to serve local agricultural ecological transformation.Accordingly,a facilitated model of three parties including CUAF,local government and farmers(agribusiness)was put forward.Finally,with the help of the " triple helix theory" author further analyzed the optimization strategy for the path to construct a three-parties benign interactive service model from different parties such as CUAF,local government and farmers(agribusiness),and explored the way access to meet the actual demand of local agricultural ecological transformation.The author also suggested that the decision thinking and preferred method has obvious advancement,applicability,comprehensive and long-term in serving the local agroecological transformation.
