Research On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Innovative Talents In Agricultural Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of 2011 Plans

In April 2011,Comrade Hu Jintao put forward in his speech to celebrate the 100 th anniversary of the founding of Tsinghua University that colleges and universities are an important source of innovative achievements in basic research and high-tech fields.In May of the following year,the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China jointly with the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China formally launched the Plan for Promoting Innovative Ability of Colleges and Universities,i.e.the Plan for 2011.The next month,the Plan for Implementing the Plan for Promoting Innovative Ability of Colleges and Universities was formulated to promote the establishment of the Center for Cooperative Innovation.This study relies on the "Southern Cooperative Innovation Center for Grain and Oil Crops" established by Hunan Agricultural University under the background of the implementation of the 2011 Plan,and studies the training mode of talents relying on the Cooperative Innovation Center in universities.Firstly,it defines the core concepts,and then studies the process of personnel training in ordinary universities.Secondly,it mainly compares the two innovative classes of Hunan Agricultural University with their corresponding specialized ordinary classes in terms of personnel training objectives and personnel training modes,and finds out the differences between the innovative classes and the ordinary classes in the process of personnel training.The results of the questionnaire show that the performance of the students in the experimental class is better than that of the ordinary class in terms of learning participation,self-efficacy,innovative thinking and ability.It also finds that the input and output in the process of training talents in the collaborative innovation center are not corresponding,and the innovation ability of the students in the experimental class needs to be further improved.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the university to rely on the collaborative innovation center to train talents.
