With the rapid development of agriculture,liberate the workforce is around the corner,China's agricultural mechanization demand is higher and higher.For improving the performance of the automation of corn harvester is based on the mechanical structure,hydraulic system,control system simulation of the corn harvest machine what can be the basis.In terms of key parts design,according to harvest performance requirements of the harvester designs structure parameters,production efficiency and power of the key parts:In the aspect of mechanical structure,using ANSYS analysis statics and the structure optimization of harvester stem rod device that improves the fatigue life process of harvester to harvest stem rod device,so as to realize saving energy,shorten the design cycle,etc;In the hydraulic system design part,according to the key components of corn harvester stem rod device and cutting conditions and movement designs and selects control unit of hydraulic components,so as to draw the schematic diagram of the hydraulic control system,using AMESim software verifies the correctness of design conditions and movement;In PLC control design part,according to the hydraulic control cutting bench and working mode,movement of stem rod device chooses the suitable hardware and so ft ware.Design the external wiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram and use GX developer simulation,so as to realize the movement of the stem rod device and cutting bench conditions.
