The researching contents of this subject were based on campus enterprisescooperation project, through multi-time enterprise visiting, investigations and researchesconducted by relevant staffs, it was found that with limitation of sales regions, there wereonly few repairing stations available, once there were problems, it was difficult to returnproducts back to the factory. The repairing specialty of current products is high andregular people are not suitable for operating and so on.The subject applied user angle as its theoretical foundation and started with easyoperation, professional features of industrial design and maintainability design of productswere integrated. Traditional product instructions whose medium was mainly paper werematerialized, when users unpack product shells, they can identify repairing spots clearly,so that quality demands of non-professional repairing people will be decreased. At thesame time, when materialized maintainability design is for professional individuals,identification of components will be improved since they are made in different colors, thiscan also relieve tiredness of repairmen in some extent and reduce rate of false operation.Orthogonal experiment designing method was applied in implementation of thisproject, on the ground of existing product development mode, test point programme wasachieved rapidly, product design and development plan were predicted and guided, draftprogramme was formed,3D model was built, color function theory was combined, colorswere matched and color system was used in dividing components and the overall outlookof products. Finally, analysis of rapid prototyping efficiency analysis method was appliedin analysis and evaluation for determining programme of effect drawings, eventuallyproper design plan for production was gained. In conclusion, this method can provide helpand reference in increasing identification, accuracy and working efficiency, it haspromoting meaning for enterprises in enhancing brand image and enlarging added valuefor products.
