As water resources scarcity intensifies,the common ideological goal of all humanity is to conserve water resources.In particular,China is one of the countries that have extremely low per capita water capacity,it has become an important strategy for our country to use water resources rationally.So how to use water resources scientifically and efficiently has become an important subject in current research.Aiming at the defects of water waste and low water use in traditional irrigation methods for our country,we reviewed relative date of automated irrigation and investigated the actual irrigation area to analyze the research status of advanced irrigation methods.We focused on the resistance and causes of Australia's Rubicon's Total Channel Control(TCC)for promotion and application in our country.In this paper,we made a point for the current status of irrigation districts in our country,combined with the investigation of the functional requirements actually,an integrated device which has functions of collecting hydrographic information,controlling irrigation gate according to water level parameters for TCC is designed.Design of hydrological remote control terminal through the previous research,determine the overall research content,the components of the device are selected and designed,and finally simulate the control effect of the device.This device is based on the Monitor and Control Generated System.It consists of GPRS DTU,applicable sensors and S7-200 PLC to complete data interchange and achieve functional purposes such as remote monitoring,manual/automatic control of channel sluice,functional alarms,and data reports.The operating performance of the device depends on the design of the monitoring software.Refer to the actual function of the device to develop an application environment based on MCGS,and to program the lower machine.Then according to the design requirements,the MCGS of the device is connected with the lower machine by configuring the communication parameters.To study the control performance of the device.In this paper,the traditional PID control methods can not work but it would be successful to apply fuzzy control strategy in sluice,and Simulink is used in the simulation analysis on the influence of the different control methods,which has better control effect for the fuzzy control of the controller.
