This experiment based on wuyang field trial, around high quality tobacco leaf raw material demand characteristics,to study the different dosage of high carbon based repair soil fertilizer with nitrogen fertilizer NPK in wuyang planting of tobacco soil and tobacco leaf quality and the influence of medium resistance. To find out the most suitable high carbon for flue-cured tobacco in wuyang fix fertilizer and nitrogen reduction ratio, for enriching the soil fertility, high quality,so as to provide basis and direction. The results were as follows:1.Effect of high-carbon basal fertiliser on soil propertiesHigh-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen can increase the soil p H;it can effectively increase the soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and release nutrients slowly through the synergy between the two.It can also increase soil available phosphorus. It has little effect on the organic matter and available potassium. However, there is little difference in available potassium between conventional fertilization treatment GT1 and mixed application treatment GT3.It can be considered to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer by applying high-carbon basal fertilizer to achieve the purpose of green fertilization.2.Effects of high-carbon basal fertiliser on soil microorganisms and communityThe combination of high-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen could significantly increase the number of soil bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes, reaching peaks at 75,60,and 90 days after transplanting.Different fertilization treatments had a significant effect on the microbial communities.16 S r RNA genes showed high levels of Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria.Proteobacteria is a dominant phylum and its relative abundance varies with the growth stage of tobacco. However,Rhodoplanes belonging to the Actinomycetes is a relatively large proportion, followed by Lactococcus,Kaistobacter,Candidatus koribacter,Planctomyces and Candidatus Nitrososphaera. In the community structure of fungi,ITS region showed Ascomycota,Basidiomycota and Zygomycota were predominant, while Mortieralla,Cryptococcus and Fusarium were among the top three.3.Effect of high-carbon basal fertiliser on Leaf Appearance and Chemical Composition during Growth StageCompared with conventional fertilizers or single high-carbon basal fertilizers,High-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen improve tobacco properties. In terms of appearance, the growth of GT3,GT4,GT5 was much better. The appearance quality of the original tobacco was slightly higher, and the pest index was lower. The determination of the chemical composition of roots, stem and leaves of the tobacco plant during growth period also showed that the total sugar and reducing sugar accumulation of GT3,GT4,GT5 was higher, but the effect on nicotine, potassium, and chlorine was smaller.4.Effects of high-carbon basal fertiliser on Conventional Chemical Components of Flue-cured TobaccoThe combination of high-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen increased the total sugar and reducing sugar content in B2 F and C3 F flue-cured tobacco leaves.Although the nicotine content in the B2 F grade is slightly reduced, the total sugar to nicotine ratio is more suitable. The application of high-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen increased the potassium content in B2 F and C3 F flue-cured tobacco leaves and reduced the content of chlorine. From the potassium to chlorine ratio,C3 F was more coordinated than B2 F.5.Effects of high-carbon basal fertiliser on Neutral Aroma Contaminants of Flue-cured TobaccoThe application of high-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen increased the content and type of neutral aroma components in the cured tobacco leaves, especially in the middle leaves. In the middle leaves, neophytadiene, furfuryl alcohol,furfural,benzaldehyde,beta-Damascone and megastigmatrienone were significantly increased.2,6-Nonadienaldehyde,safranal,beta-ring citral,6-methyl-5-hept-2-ol.and phenethyl alcohol were also found only in the GT3,GT4,and GT5.Only the aldehydes treated with GT2 and GT3 in the first-class tobacco increased, which had little effect on other neutral aroma components.6.Effect of high-carbon basal fertiliser on Economic Characters of Flue-cured TobaccoThe combination of high-carbon basal fertiliser and different amounts of nitrogen increased the yield, average price, yield per mu,ratio of first-class tobacco, and leaf weight of tobacco leaves. The GT3 and GT4 treatment performances were the most significant. The yields were 13.6% and 0.2% higher respectively. The average price was 17.54% higher and 25.33% higher. The per mu output value was 26.64% higher and 25.5% higher, and the first-class tobacco ratio was 61.36% higher and 48.84% higher. The single leaf weight was also higher by 22.73% and 10.23% than the control. At the same time,it also reduced the proportion of medium smoke, which was 15.22% and 11.47% lower than the control. To sum up,the application of high-carbon basal fertiliser in the tobacco areas of Wuyang,Luohe, will help improve the internal coordination of flue-cured tobacco, increase the content of neutral aroma components in tobacco leaves, and increase the yield and quality of tobacco leaves. From a whole point of view, the application of 100kg/mu high-carbon base fertilizer and 2.0kg pure nitrogen fertilizer had the best effect on improving the soil properties of tobacco-planting tobacco and improving the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.
