In this paper, tobacco growth meteorological data in Wenshan Yunnan were collected. Soil samples of planting tobacco and flue-cured tobacco samples were collected and tested. Ecological conditions and characteristic physical and chemical properties of flue-cured tobacco leaf in Wenshan were analysed. Relationship among meteorological factors, physical and chemical properties and content of neutral aroma had been analysed by gray correlation, the correlation between soil nutrient and chemical contents of tobacco had been analysed by canonical correlation, the following conclusions:1. Rainfall in May of tobacco growth period in Wenshan was below normal, they were relatively less Wenshan, Yanshan and Malipo, tobacco growth prosperous rainfall had been relatively abundant and rainfall in tobacco growth maturity had been much. Temperature of tobacco growth field had been appropriate, sunshine hours had been suitable, where sunshine Wenshan and Maguan tobacco field growth had been relatively high. pH value, content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, water soluble chloride, zinc tobacco of planting soilWenshanhad been appropriate, and content of organic matter content had been rich, contentof effective boron (0.29-0.47 mg/kg) had been low side,content of total potassium (6.10-8.58 g/kg) in Wenshan, Yanshan, Qiubei and Guangnanhad been on the low side. Content of exchangeable Mg (430.08 mg/kg) in Qiubeihad been too high; Soil Fertility (IFI) in qiubei and Maguanhad been relatively high, Soil Fertility of thepart of WenShan and YanShan had been lower.2. Appearance quality of B2F tobacco in XiChou, Wenshan and QiuBei were better, appearance quality of C3F tobacco in MaGuan, YanShan and GuangNan were better, appearance quality of X2F tobacco in Wenshan and Qiubei were better. There had been differences for physical characteristics of flue-cured tobacco among counties, single leaf weight was higher and filling value was lower. The content of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total nitrogen and ratio potassium to chlorine had been suitability, the content of potassium (<2%) and chlorine (≤0.3%) had been lower. Availability index (CCUI) of flue-cured tobacco in Ma-lipo, XiChou had been higher, MaGuan relatively lower. The content of total neutral aroma of B2F tobacco of Malipo had been highest, was 68.49μg/g, the content of neutral aroma of C3F and X2F tobacco in Quang Nam had been highest,53.75 μg/g and 42.46 μg/g, respectively.3. Temperatures of the main meteorological factors in July and August in Wenshan (flue-cured tobacco prosperous long-term and maturity) were importantly affected on appearance quality, physical traits, the chemical composition and neutral aroma, followed by rainfall and sunshine number in field; Chroma, color and oil of appearance quality of tobacco leaf, thickness moisture and weight of single leaf of physical properties, the content of total sugar, sugar nicotine, sugar of chemical composition, the content of solanone, megastigmatrienone D, megastigmatrienone B, dihydroactinidiolide and other neutral aroma were influenced by meteorological factors. The pH value, the content of nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, magnesium effective, efficient zinc and boron of soil significantly or extremely significant influenced the content of reducing sugar, nicotine, nitrogen, chlorine, sugar, nicotine, nitrogen and potassium, chlorine alkali ratio of flue-cured tobacco.
