At the end of chemical agriculture, ecological agriculture is in full swing in the global development. This paper attempts to write several farmers from Sanjiang(???)and the ecological agricultural cooperative organised by themselves as the objects of observation from a microscopic point of view, and described the process of life growth and transformation about the person engaging in ecological agriculture in depth. The research methods used by this paper are participation observation and in-depth interviews. The first chapter introduced a detailed introduction of the “Duck-Rice-Agaric” planting method used by several farmers and the organization of cooperatives, trying to give readers a clear understanding of it.Chapters 2 and 3 explain the significance of this ecological planting method for personal life, relationship about man-to-man and its significance to society.Through research,I discovered that the ecological “Duck-Rice-Agaric” ecological planting model can bridge the tearing of the relationship between man and nature caused by chemical agriculture and re-establish the concept of harmony with nature;secondly,a good production environment and high-quality products with higher prices can also improve the farmers' sense of self-worth,dignity and identity.Thirdly, the pursuit of true, good, and beauty of product values has also made the relations among different social strata not tense and not antagonistic. It has eased the gap between the rich and the poor in Chinese society to some extent. Finally, health food provided by producers can salve food safety problems and “three rural issues” and promote social harmony and stability.Since scholars in the fields of folklore and anthropology have yet to conduct research in this area, the results of this paper can,to some extent, open up the field of research.
