Studies On The Willingness Of Famers' Specialized Cooperatives To Adopt Water-saving Irrigation Technology

China's water resources are relatively scarce and the per capita possession is small.The shortage of water resources not only exacerbates the fragility of the ecological environment,but also limits the development of agriculture.Zhao County has a low level of economic development and a high degree of dependence on agriculture.The promotion of water-saving irrigation technology in the local area and the willingness to adopt water-saving irrigation technology for farmers' professional cooperatives can alleviate local water use conflicts,increase farmers' income and improve their living standards.This paper takes Zhaoxian County of Hebei Province as the research area,and takes the water-saving irrigation technology as the research goal.Based on the 198 sample farmers' professional cooperatives surveyed,this paper uses chi-square analysis and logistic regression analysis to deeply explore the impact.Farmers' professional cooperatives adopt various factors of willingness to adopt water-saving irrigation technology.The study found that the problems in the promotion of water-saving irrigation technology in Zhao County are mainly reflected in the following aspects: First,farmers' professional cooperatives have low willingness to adopt water-saving irrigation technology;second,farmers' professional cooperatives have difficulty obtaining funds;third,farmers' professional cooperatives Participate in the single promotion mode of water-saving irrigation technology;Fourth,the resource endowment has a greater impact on the willingness to adopt water-saving irrigation technology;the fifth is the loose management of water resources.Through theoretical research and empirical research,the author believes that the following problems can be solved from the following aspects: First,improve the incentive measures;Second,improve the investment and financing system;Third,actively innovate the farmers' professional cooperatives to participate in the promotion model;Fourth,strengthen the The training of the responsible person of the cooperative and the agricultural technicians;the fifth is to strengthen the protection of water resources.
