A Survey Of "Malaqin Aili" Cattleraising Cooperatives

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization for the first time.Generally speaking,it is a 20-word policy of “ prosperous industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life”,and it is used as a solution to the “three rural issues”.Strategic new initiatives.As a new type of agricultural management entity,farmers' professional cooperatives can become an ideal carrier to protect farmers' main status and protect farmers' development rights and interests in rural revitalization.They can better strengthen the strength of rural collective economic organizations and promote the modernization of rural social development.In this paper,the “ Marakin Aili ” cattle breeding cooperative in Zhalute Banner,Inner Mongolia is taken as the research object,combined with the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,as a typical case of the development of professional cooperatives in minority areas.On the basis of consulting and analyzing the literature related to the research theme and research area,field research,interviews,statistical data analysis and other research methods are used.By introducing the geographical location,natural environment and population and economic life in three aspects,the overview of Zarautqi East Saragacha,where the cooperative is located,is introduced.Second,describe the development background,development process and current development status of the cooperative.Finally,the specific operational status of the cooperative is explained in terms of organizational form,organizational structure,member shareholding form,member dividend form,and industry chain operation status.The “Marakin Aili ” professional cattle breeding cooperative has achieved certaindevelopment results in the practice of rural revitalization.Specifically,it has made achievements in promoting the prosperity of farmers and herdsmen,the prosperity of rural industries,the construction of rural civilization and rural social governance.Certain results.This has important reference significance for the minority areas to strengthen the rural collective economic strength through the farmers ' professional cooperatives and promote the rural revitalization strategy to achieve common prosperity.Through the above research content,this article finds the deficiencies in the cooperative's operation process,and draws the following conclusions: 1.Insufficient product deep processing,the industry chain needs to be extended;2.The process of brand building is slow;3.Lack of development of Internet sales channels;4.The lack of professional talents and the comprehensive quality of members need to be improved.To further put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of cooperatives: 1.Deepen the deep processing of products and extend the industrial chain;2.Strengthen the process of brand building and improve market competitiveness;3.Actively develop Internet sales channels;4.Strengthen talent cultivation,Improve the overall quality of personnel and other conclusions.
