In recent years,China's vigorous promotion of agricultural machinery deep soil preparation technology,the policies of Deep soil preparation and operation cover the entire country,and the government department has also established relevant subsoil quality standards.The implementation of deep-rooted work on cultivated land is one of the major measures to implement the state's “collecting grain at the land and storing grain for technology”.As a result,the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture have issued specific policies to subsidize the deepening of farm machinery.When the Agricultural deep-separation equipment during field operations,due to the operational problems of the staff or the differences in the terrain,it may cause a large gap in the depth of the operation of the same place,which affects the quality inspection results of the deep-soiled site preparation work.With the continuous expansion of the area for deep-soiled land consolidation,the amount of subsidy has also increased year by year.The monitoring of the quality of deep-soiled soil preparation and operation has become a new problem and demand for the agricultural extension department.The traditional method of deep-sense operation quality measurement by random measurement by manpower,wasting a lot of manpower and material resources,and the accuracy is not high,the detection results are greatly affected by human factors.There are still many problems in the depth detection technology of deep-soiled site preparation currently available on the market.Some of the data acquired by inspection technologies have large errors,some have high accuracy,but the equipment costs are too high and the installation of devices is cumbersome.Therefore,it is very necessary to study a high-precision,low-cost deep soil operation depth detection method and system.In this paper,a deep-slugging site operation monitoring system that relies on the geometry of deep loose machine and sensor acquisition module is studied.The system measures the depth using a combination of inclination angle sensors,ultrasonic sensors,and geometrical changes in the motion of deep loose tools;Collect and process raw sensor data through the main controller;use GPRS to upload deep-settling job depth data to the server and save it;Use WebAccess configuration software to develop PC monitoring center and realize human-machine interface.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Research and analysis of deep-soiled working depth measurement method based on agricultural machinery geometric model.By analyzing the movement trajectories of the deep-separation machine tools during the operation process,the angle and height of the deep-suspension machine suspension structure during the operation process are determined,and the depth measurement calculation formula is deduced,combined with the relevant information collected by the sensors,a deep-slot working depth measurement method combining the sensor acquisition module and the deep loom movement law was studied.(2)Research on Key Technologies of Monitoring System Integration.The monitoring system designs each part of equipment modules according to different functional requirements.The depth monitoring system studied in this paper is based on the Internet of things architecture and can remotely control data acquisition and in-depth monitoring during deep-seated operation through the network.The data collection end adopts Modbus protocol,which increases the number of sensor ports accessed by the equipment port,improves the scalability of the monitoring system,and facilitates the upgrade and maintenance of the system in the future.The system application layer adopts the configuration network Webaccess,and can be monitored remotely through the Internet.The client can easily realize dynamic images of real-time data,and support developers to develop and maintain remote systems.(3)A deep loose working depth monitoring system test was designed.By designing and completing the individual test of each part of the module and the overall test of the monitoring equipment,it was determined that this monitoring system satisfies the monitoring requirements for the depth of deep work.
