My country,a populous country,has a huge daily demand for meat products.In order to keep the meat supply stable,our country must keep a large scale of breeding.But,there is a certain mortality rate during the breeding of pig,sheep and sheep.How to properly deal with these dead livestock has become a hot issue of research.This article first introduces the domestic and foreign dead livestock handling measures and some harmless treatment methods.Based on this,In this system,the process of livestock harmless treatment is introduced,analysis of the harmless treatment process,through the actual investigation and access to relevant information to determine the use of regulatory separation of design ideas,both to achieve real-time monitoring of production conditions,but also make the production control system independent of the monitoring system to run,greatly realized the independence of the control and facilitate business management.The main program of the harmless treatment system of the livestock system,which is controlled by the industrial computer as the control system of the host computer,is determined by the operation of the PLC,the control object is the operation of the relevant equipment action,temperature and pressure.According to the characteristics and performance requirements of the project,the PLC with 224 CPU in S7-200 series of Siemens Company is adopted,which has excellent cost performance,it can realize the control requirements and main functions of decontamination system.The application of PLC system to overcome the disadvantages of manual system not only improves the stability and reliability of the process,but also collect various data and monitor the equipment in real time.In the man-machine interface,the Kinco industrial touch screen is used as the information exchange medium to realize the output of the key function parameter data.Host computer monitoring selection the Beijing Jiusi Yi's configuration software "ControlEasy" as the development platform,including login operations,alarms and inquiries,reports and records,run-time curve.Field operators can use configuration software to understand the operation of various devices.The requirement of the temperature control is high,so it is necessary to control the oil temperature of the heat-transfer oil.The Fuzzy-PID algorithm is applied to control the oil temperature of the heat transfer oil.The results show that the Fuzzy-PID control is rapid and has strong anti-interference ability.
