The selenium content in 12 villages and towns in qingyang county was measured,and the content of selenium in soil and the utilization mode and morphological characteristics of selenium rich soil were studied.By sampling and analyzing the typical crops in the rich selenium soil,the selenium content of the crops in the rich selenium soil and the absorption and enrichment characteristics of selenium were studied.Based on poor soil selenium selenium potted experiment,the application of exogenous foreign selenium in different ways of applying research,under the different concentration of exerting influence on rice growth and quality,the results are as follows1)the average concentration of soil in the tilled soil in qingyang county is 0.402mg/kg,and the highest concentration of selenium is 2.17 mg/kg,which is located in the town of dingqiao;The lowest selenium is 0.029 mg/kg,in the town of rong.The amount of soil in the soil in the soil is up to 25.75% of the soil in the soil,and the soil in the soil in the soil in the soil,which is 25.75%,which is less than 0.4 mg/kg/kg,and that is a low concentration of selenium,which is less than 0.2 mg/kg/kg,which is less than 0.2mg/kg,which is less than 0.2 mg/kg,which is less than 0.2 mg/kg,which is less than 0.2mg/kg,and that is the low concentration of selenium soil in the soil,and that is the prospect of rich selenium,which is rich in rich selenium,and it has a large area of rich selenium soil,which is the key development area of the rich selenium farm.2)according to the determination of ion exchange state,carbonate state,iron manganese oxidation state,strong organic state and residue state of selenium in rich selenium soil in qingyang county,the content of selenium content in various forms is obvious,among which,the content of selenium content of humic acid,residue state and strong organic state is higher,respectively,18.42%~63.37%,15.56%~46.11%,15.71%~46.77%,while ion exchange state,carbonate state and iron manganese oxidation state are lower,respectively 0.48%~1.72%,0.25%~1.15%,0.30%~1.29%.The correlation analysis of the content of each form with the total amount is shown in(P< 0.05)which is significantly correlated to the total amount,indicating that the amount of selenium in each form is increased as the total amount increases.3)there are 46 samples of selenium rich level of selenium in the 50 plants on the soil of selenium rich in qingyang county,and the selenium-rich fraction reaches 92 %.The concentration of the concentration of selenium in the soil is sorted by the concentration of the amount of concentration of the soil in the soil: Tea> Medicinal Materials>Vegetables> Rice.The correlation analysis of the concentration of selenium in the soil and the content of the selenium in the rice is shown that the concentration of selenium in the rice is related to the selenium in the water in the soil and the selenium in the soil,which indicates that the selenium in these two forms has a big impact on the absorption of the rice in the rice.The plant experiment shows that the selenium in the soil and the selenium in the leaf would increase the concentration of selenium in the rice,and increase the concentration of selenium in the concentration of the concentration of selenium in the set of concentration.The strain of the rice,the single plant,the single plant,the thousand grain,the output:in the range of the outside source of selenium,which is in the source of the source of the concentration of the rice,the plant has a higher concentration of selenium than the 1.6ug/g,and the leaves are more concentrated than the 3ug/l,and the other is increased by the increase in the concentration of the source of selenium,and therefore,the concentration of the fertilizer is greater than the 1.6 ug/g,which is more than the ratio of the 1 g/g,which is the difference between the concentration of the fertilizer and the biomass of the rice.The content of NPK nutrient in rice was increased with the increase of selenium concentration in addition to the phosphorus content in the leaves and the potassium content in the stem.The concentration of phosphorus in the leaves is greater than 0.8ug/g,which is greater than 1ug/l;The potassium content in the stem is reduced with a selenium concentration greater than 1.0 ug/l on the foliage.In this way,that content of selenium in rice,the absorption and accumulation of nutrient and the effect on the biological scene are comprehensively considered,and the selenium-selenizing concentration is 8ug/g,and the selenium-selenium-selenium-concentration is selenium-selenium-concentration of 1.0ug/g.
