The average production of banana stalk in China is more than ten million tons per year.However,because of the late start of Agricultural Mechanization in China and the poor equipment of the orchards,the main methods of returning the field of banana stalk in China are mainly by the rotary tillage pulverization after the tractor is pushed down.In view of the existing problems of banana stalk cutting and returning to the field,this paper studies the biomechanical characteristics of the banana stem,establishes the cutting edge curve equation and analyzes the cutting way of the stem.A vertical banana stalk cutting machine is designed,and the prototype is tested,and the cutting rate and cutting production of the prototype are analyzed.The effect of rate.1)The mechanical properties of banana stems were studied,and the mechanical model of banana stems was established.The arc cutting edge equation of cutting blade is established,and an equal arc cutting arc cutting blade is designed.Through the study and analysis of the geometric movement of cutting blade,it is concluded that the method of cutting and cutting without support is adopted,and the cutting of banana stalk is realized with higher cutting speed,which can guarantee the completely cut off of the stem fiber and the cutting power is low.The curve of the cutting force of the root of the banana stem with the different cutting modes and the cutting force of the single factor test is compared,and the ratio of the error is obtained.2)The overall structure of vertical banana stalk cutting and returning machine is designed,the lifting device and tractor traction are eliminated,the whole machine design is lightweight and the operation parts are simplified.The restraining mechanism and cutting device are used to complete the integrated operation of the banana stalk,and the independent power transmission system is determined.The traditional horizontal cutter shaft is changed to the vertical cutter shaft in the transmission mode.The key parts are analyzed and the prototype processing is made.3)Through single factor test and regression orthogonal combination test,the influence of each factor on each test index is analyzed,and the corresponding change rule is obtained.At different rotational speeds,the cutting force of banana stalk decreased rapidly and then kept flat,and the trend of cutting power increased rapidly.Under different cutting methods,the cutting performance of banana stem,including cutting force and cutting power consumption,was very significant.The cutting performance of banana slices was also significant,but the trend of growth increased first and then decreased.In the field test of the final prototype,it is concluded that the significant sequencing of the experimental factors that affect the cutting rate and cutting productivity are the type of blade,the arrangement of the blade and the cutting mode.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the best combination of experimental factors is 1500Rpm cutting speed,arc blade and four row blade,at this point the cutting off the qualified rate is 80.8%,the cutting efficiency is18.24m~3/s,and comprehensive evaluation are the highest.
