| This study is designed as a randomized single factor experiment.160three-breed crossbred weaned piglets at 26 days of age were assigned to five groups,which has four copies and each copy includes 8 weaned piglets,base on weight and gender.Groups A is positive control,which used the weaned piglet’s normal basic feed diet;Group B is negative control,which used the feed diet without glucose,sucrose and probiotics.;Group C used diet the same as the group A and adds 3%glycoconjugates from extraction of rice.Group D,E used diet the same as the group B and add 5% glycoconjugates from extraction of rice respectively.The experiment sustained 30 days.According to the experiment,the piglets’ growth promotion function,apparent digestibility of nutrients,immunoglobulin,microorganism in the chyme of cecum,the mRNA expression of relative gene with tight junction protein in ileum and total antioxidant capacity were measured and got statistic analysis with them.This study tried to research the influence of the glycoconjugates from extraction of rice to the growth promotion function and explain it by the situation of digestion and absorption.The result were as follows:(1)Compared with positive control group A,the ADG,ADFI in treatment group C had increased 50%,35.14% respectively,and reached the significant level(P<0.05)but the F/G had decreasing tendency,decreased 5.5%;The experimental group E reached significant level(P<0.05)in ADG,ADFI and F/G compared with negative control group B,increased 68.42%,28.95%,decrease 24.18%,respectively;Experimental group D did not reach significant level(P>0.05)in ADG,ADFI and F/G compared with negative control group B,but the ADG and ADFI had increasingtendencies,the F/G had decreasing tendency.(2)Compared with negative control group B,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fat of experimental group C reached significant level(P<0.05)increased 21.67%,47.27% and 68.28% respectively.Experimental groupC didn’t have significant level(P>0.05)with positive control group A.Experimental group D didn’t have significant level(P>0.05)with negative control group B.(3)The SIgA and IgG among five groups all didn’t have significant level(P>0.05).(4)There is no significantly difference in Lactobacillus,Salmonella,Escherichia and total bacteria in feces of ileum and cecum among all groups(P>0.05).(5)Compared with positive control group A,the tight junction protein ZO-1relative expression in experimental group C decreased 61.54% and reached significant level(P<0.05),the relative expression of Occludin increased double and reached significant level(P<0.05).Compared with negative control B,the tight junction protein ZO-1 relative expression in experimental group D increase double and reached significant level(P<0.05),the relative expression of Occludin increased double nearly and reached significant level(P<0.05).Compared with negative control B,the tight junction protein ZO-1 relative expression in experimental group E didn’t reach significant level(P>0.05)but had increasing tendency,the relative expression of Occludin decreased and reached significant level(P<0.05).(6)Compared with positive control group A,the villus height and crypt depth in experimental group C had significantly increase 26.11% and 13.38%;Compared with negative control group B,the villus height and crypt depth in experimental group D didn’t reach significant level(P>0.05),but villus height had increasing tendency,the crypt depthhad decreasing tendency,the villus height to crypt depth ratio(V/C)had significant different and increased 12.86%.Compared with negative control group B,the villus height and crypt depth in experimental group E didn’t reach significant level(P>0.05),but the villus height had increasing tendency and the crypt depth haddecreasing tendency.The villus height to crypt depth ratio(V/C)increased 22.8%,reached the significant level(P<0.05).(7)Compared with positive control group A,T-AOC in experimental group C didn’t have significant difference,but had increasing tendency;Compared with negative control group,experimental group D and E increased 42.35% and 40.39%respectively,reached significant level(P<0.05).In conclusion,The addition of glycoconjugates from extraction of rice in the diet of weaned piglets can promote the repair of intestinal mucosa damage caused by weaning stress,Increase the total antioxidant capacity of the body,so as to improve the utilization of crude protein and crude fat,To achieve a significant improvement in the performance of piglets,To achieve a significant improvement in the performance of piglets.There is no effect on the immune system and the Intestinal Microecology.The influence of the close connexin is not enough,and further studies are needed.According to the above analysis,the optimum amount of glycoconjugates from extraction of ricein the diet of piglets was 5%. |
