The nursery plants of Bougainvillea Comm.ex Juss are becoming currently the main greening materials for the langdscaping around urban flyover in Southern China area.According to the method of literature analysis and industry statistics,it is concluded that the quality of the nursery plants is mainly analyzed from the flower, leaf, morphology, and the value using the 4 factors as color of bracts, number of buds, flowering, size of bracts, the color of leaf, the number of leaf, the size of leaf, leaf survival time, the number of branches, the length of branches, height, crown, ground diameter, market status and variety. The 15 indicators of rarity are the basis of nursery plants quality evaluation. The multilevel analysis model of B.spectabilis nursery plants quality is established by Analytic Hierarchy Process(the model is composed of 5 B.spectabilis varieties,15 quality indexes and 4 elements),and the judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the weights of each element quality index in the multilevel analysis model of B.spectabilis nursery plants, the greater the weights is,the greater the influence on the quality. The following results are obtained through calculation and consistency check:(1)The four elements of the nursery plants of B.spectabilis' s quality are ranked as importance.is:the morphology>leaf>value in use>flower.(2)The relevant quality indicators weights of the flower of the nursery plants of B.spectabilis is: the number of bracts > flowering > the color of bracts> the size of bracts.(3)The relevant quality indicators weights of the leaf of the nursery plants of B.spectabilis is: leaf survival time > the number of leaf > the size of leaf > the color of leaf.(4)The relevant quality indicators weights of the morphology of the nursery plants of B.spectabilis is: the number of branches > crown > ground diameter > height > the length of branch.(5)The relevant index weights of B.spectabilis nursery plants value in use is: market status is same important as the rarity of varieties.(6)The weights ranking of 15 quality indexes of the nursery plants of the B.spectabilis is: the number of branches > crown > ground diameter > leaf survival time > height > the number of leaf > the length of branch > variety > flowering > market status > the number of buds > the color of leaf > the color of bracts > the size of bracts.Every variety of the nursery plants of B.spectabilis must satisfy with their quality test requirements. In the actual project, the leaves are divided into first-grade,second-grade and third-grade nursery plants according to the weights ranking:The first-grade nursery plants: if the tested nursery plants have 95 percent meet the quality indexes of the first-grade standard, and the remaining 5 percent nursery plants meet the quality indexes of the second-grade standard, then the nursery plants are judged to be the first-grade nursery plants. The second-grade nursery plants: if the tested nursery plants have 95 percent meet the quality indexes of the second-grade standard, and the remaining 5 percent nursery plants meet the quality indexes of the third-grade standard, then the nursery plants are judged to be the second-grade nursery plants. The third-grade nursery plants: if the tested nursery plants have 95 percent meet the quality indexes of the third-grade standard, and the remaining 5 percent meet the basic requirements of nursery plants, then the nursery plants are judged to be the third-grade nursery plants. The number of branches, ground diameter, height, crown and leaf blade of the first nursery plants, the second and the third nursery plants must reach the requirements of design, and the indicators must meet the requirements of design, construction and completion acceptance.
