Research On The Temporal And Spatial Evolution Of Cultivated Land Function And Its Driving Force In Urban Area

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the economic development of urban areas is rapid,but the increasing construction land has led to a sharp decrease in the area of cultivated land and the gradual decline of the quality of cultivated land,and the multifunctional value of cultivated land can not be used.Under the background of new-type urbanization,the ecological,social and cultural functions of cultivated land in urban areas are becoming increasingly prominent,and people pay more attention to the ecological environment protection function and landscape function of cultivated land.As an international metropolis,Guangzhou has been at the forefront of the country for many years in its economic development and social transformation,but it is also an area that exposes these issues earlier.Therefore,the study of the functions and driving forces of cultivated land in Guangzhou City is conducive to coordinating the relationship between farmland protection and economic development,so as to give full play to the multifunctional value of cultivated land and realize the protection of cultivated land resources,and at the same time to some slower developing areas in China.It also has some reference significance.Based on the above background,this paper takes Guangzhou as the research case area,and constructs the evaluation model of cultivated land function to study the temporal and spatial evolution of cultivated land in Guangzhou.At the same time,a qualitative analysis of the driving factors affecting the change of cultivated land function in Guangzhou was conducted from both natural and human factors.The SPSS principal component analysis was used to quantitatively analyze the driving factors affecting the change of cultivated land function in Guangzhou during the period of 2006-2016.Based on the above research results,put forward corresponding policy recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The functional value of cultivated land in Guangzhou is generally not high,and the total functional value of cultivated land during the period from 2006 to 2016 shows a downward trend.The changes in grain production function are not significant,social stability maintenance function,social employment security function,family economic contribution function,The contribution function of national economy and the maintenance function of ecological security are showing a downward trend,and the landscape leisure function is showing a continuously rising trend.(2)In 2016,the total arable land function values in the municipal districts of Guangzhou were not high,and the functional values showed the characteristics that the mountainous areas in the north were higher than those in the plains in the south,and the central city was the smallest with obvious spatial variation.(3)Through the SPSS principal component analysis,it is found that the driving force of cultivated land function change in Guangzhou City from 2006 to 2016 is found.The first main component is population,economic development,industrial structure,technological progress,and people's living standard factors;the second main component is population factor and technological progress.Factors;The third principal component is technological progress factors.During the period of 2006-2016,the comprehensive scores of driving forces that affect the change of cultivated land function in Guangzhou gradually increased,indicating that the driving force for the change of farmland function in Guangzhou was gradually strengthened.(4)This paper proposed some policy recommendations.This paper believes that the multifunctional value of cultivated land in Guangzhou can be raised from the following four aspects: First,rationally plan the layout of construction land and give priority to the protection of cultivated land resources;Second,vigorously develop urban agriculture and accelerate the construction of a modern agricultural industry;Third,deepen the agricultural structure adjustment and speed up the construction of a new type of agricultural management system;Fourth,accelerate the cultivation of new professional farmers and improve the function of cultivated land as a whole.
