Analysis Of The Driving Factors Of Cultivated Land Evolution In Yantai

Cultivated land is the basic material resources and production conditions for human survival.On the one hand,it is the carrier of ecological environment for human survival,on the other hand,it is the material production source for human production and life.Scientific utilization of cultivated land and reasonable protection of cultivated land are important prerequisites for realizing the harmonious coexistence of human land relationship.Studying the evolution of cultivated land in different periods will help to grasp the local dynamic change law of cultivated land,maximize the benefits of cultivated land,and then realize the overall development of social economy and cultivated land protection.By consulting and reading relevant literature at home and abroad,the research contents and research methods of this paper are determined: This paper takes Yantai as the research object,and analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of cultivated land based on the current land use data and statistical yearbook of Yantai from2005 to 2018;This paper analyzes the driving factors of cultivated land evolution from the aspects of natural factors and socio-economic factors.In terms of socio-economic factors,the principal component analysis method is used to explore three comprehensive driving factors,namely urbanization process,economic development and agricultural production.The three factors and policy factors are analyzed in detail qualitatively and quantitatively;finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions from three angles: government departments,rural economic organizations and social subjects.Through the above analysis,the conclusions are as follows:First.The change of cultivated land area in Yantai from 2005 to 2018 shows the characteristics of first increasing and then decreasing.The phenomenon of cultivated land turning into construction land and garden land is more common,and the spatial transfer of cultivated land is more obvious.Second.The driving effect of natural factors on the evolution of cultivated land during the study period can be ignored;the urbanization process,economic development and the increase of orchard area have encroached on cultivated land to a certain extent;capital investment,agricultural mechanization level and policies adapted to local conditions have a positive driving effect on the evolution of cultivated land..Third.Government departments should actively guide the forestry and fruit industry to go uphill and control the orderly expansion of the city;Rural economic organizations should pay attention to improving the level of agricultural mechanization and relying on rural e-commerce to promote the intensive use of cultivated land;Social media should do a good job in publicity,and social investors and large enterprises should take the initiative to assume social responsibility and help agricultural development.The author’s work content is related to cultivated land protection.In my work,I gradually realizes the importance of cultivated land protection and the practical problems existing in cultivated land protection in Yantai.I hope this paper can contribute to the protection and rational utilization of cultivated land in Yantai.
