| Sweet sorghum[Sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench]has high yield,disease resistance,drought resistance and good moisture resistance characteristics,suitable for planting in the southern region.In this experiment,Hunnigreen was used as the test material,chicken manure and biochar was used as the base fertilizer.The effects of different organic fertilizers and the amount of chicken manure on the yield,nutrient quality and soil aggregate content of sweet sorghum were studied.So as to provide a practical,efficient and environmentally friendly fertilization mode for the cultivation of sweet sorghum in Hunan agricultural area,and provide theoretical and technical support for the harmless treatment of chicken manure.The results were as follows:1.In the study of the effects of chicken manure application on the yield and quality of sweet sorghum,it was shown that under the same condition of low amount of biochar,with the increase of chicken manure application,the plant height of sweet sorghum was significantly increased,compared with the control,the treatment of 0.1kg/m~2 biochar+0.75kg/m~2 chicken manure increased the maximum,July 1 and August 15,respectively,the plant height increased by 65.72%and 59.61%,fresh grass yield,aboveground dry matter yield and the content of crude protein were also significantly increased,compared with the control,the treatment of 0.1kg/m~2 biochar+0.75kg/m~2 chicken manure was increased by256.67%,248.8%and 72.3%,the content of neutral detergent fiber and crude ash were gradually decreased,the content of acid detergent fiber,crude fat and adsorbed water were gradually improved.2.In the study of the effects of different organic fertilizers application on the yield and quality of sweet sorghum,it was shown that compared with no organic fertilizer,In the treatment of 3kg/m~2 biochar+2kg/m~2 chicken manure,fresh grass yield and aboveground dry matter yield were significantly increased by 612.1%and 790.6%,the plant height measured on July 1 and August 15 significantly increased by 80.68%and 92.75%.By application of chicken manure,the content of crude protein,crude fat and absorbed water showed an increasing trend.The application of 3kg/m~2 biochar as base fertilizer could improve the plant growth rate and dry matter yield,and reduce the content of neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber and adsorbed water,compared with single application of2kg/m~2 chicken manure as base fertilizer,the content of crude ash was significantly increased by 22%.3.In the study of the effects of chicken manure and biochar application on the content of soil aggregates,it was found that after treatment with different fertilization modes,the dry sieve method showed that the 0-20cm soil layers were dominated by>5mm particle size aggregates,the treatment of 3kg/m~2 biochar+2kg/m~2 chicken manure on the content of soil aggregates(>5mm)in 0-20cm soil layer was the highest,compared with the control,the increase was 72.5%.However,the treatment of different fertilization modes had little effect on the aggregate content in the range of 1-2mm,0.5-1mm and 0.25-0.5mm.In summary,enough chicken manure as basal fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of sweet sorghum,the yield of sweet sorghum with single application of biochar was not obvious,the application of 3kg/m~2 biochar+2kg/m~2 chicken manure mixed as base fertilizer had the greatest effect on the yield of sweet sorghum.The effects of organic fertilizer application on the content of soil aggregates in 0-20cm soil layer was that chicken manure could significantly increase the content of macro aggregate in soil.The application of biochar could also promote the content of macro aggregate in soil,the effect was not as good as the application of chicken manure,on the whole,the effect of mixed application of3kg/m~2 biochar+2kg/m~2 chicken manure on soil fertility was the best. |
