Erythropalum scandens belongs to the genus Erythropalum of the Olacaceae family.Because the sprouts are nutritious and delicious, they are eaten as vegetables in tropical and subtropical regions. The E.scandens has nutritional value and medicinal value, and it is also an excellent greening tree species. It is of great significance to strengthen the research on the cultivation of the E.scandense for its development, production and application. In order to explore the application scheme of organic fertilizer suitable for the cultivation of E.scandens,two-year-old E.scandens were used as materials, and chicken manure and cow manure were used for a comprehensive test design, and 10 treatments were set up.J for chicken manure,N for cow manure, each factor set3 levels, each level represents fertilization 0.4kg / plant, each treatment is T1(J1N1),T2(J1N2),T3(J1N3),T4(J2N1),T5(J2N2),T6(J2N3),T7(J3N1),T8(J3N2),T9(J3N3)and T10(J0N0).Mainly study the effects of the combined application of chicken manure and cow manure on the growth, tender shoot yield, quality and nutrient absorption of two-year-old E.scandens,in order to find out the suitable fertilization scheme, and provide a reference for the development, production and application of E.scandens.The result shows:1.The highest increase in sprouts yield, the increase in number of sprouts and the increase in leaf area was T6,the highest increase in ground diameter was T8,and the highest increase in branch length was T9.Chicken manure and cow manure have significant effects on growth and yield indicators.Comprehensively considering the rankings and differences of each group, theapplication of medium and higher concentrations of chicken manure and cow manure(?0.8kg / plant)has a strong promotion effect on the growth of two-year-old E.scandens.If only the effect of increasing yield is considered,it is best to use chicken manure 0.8kg / plant and cow manure 1.2kg / plant.2.The highest soluble sugar and crude protein content of the E.scandens sprouts was T6.The sugar-acid ratio is the highest with T5,and the increase or decrease of chicken manure or cow manure will make it lower. The groups with higher total chlorophyll content and lower crude fiber content were T6,T8 and T9.The highest soluble protein content and nitrate content were T9.Chicken manure and cow manure have a significant effect on the above indicators, and the interaction has significant effects on soluble sugar,sugar-acid ratio and soluble protein.Comprehensively considering the rankings and differences of each group, the combined application of 0.8kg / plant of chicken manure and0.8kg / plant of cow manure is most beneficial to the increase of the soluble sugar and sugar-acid ratio of the two-year-old E.scandens sprouts.0.8kg / plant chicken manure combined with 1.2kg / plant cow manure has a strong lifting effect on crude protein and chlorophyll,at the same time it can significantly reduce the crude fiber content and avoid the accumulation of excessive nitrate.3.The combined application of chicken manure and cow manure can increase the vitamin C content of the sprouts of the E.scandens, which is higher in the T3,T5 and T6 groups, and the continued application of chicken manure or cow manure shows a decreasing trend. The content of tea polyphenols in the sprouts of E.scandens is low,and the content of tea polyphenols and total flavonoids is higher when the chicken manure is applied in the middle or higher(chicken manure ?0.8kg / plant),and there is no significant difference between the high amount groups. There are a variety of amino acids in E.scandens, and the highest amino acid content in the T6 group.Chicken manure, cow dung and interactions have a significant effect on vitamin C and amino acid content.Only chicken manure has a significant effect on tea polyphenols and total flavonoids.Considering comprehensively,0.8kg / plant chicken manure combined with1.2kg / plant cow manure is more conducive to the increase of vitamin C,tea polyphenols, total flavonoids and amino acids in of two-year-old E.scandens sprouts.4.Chicken manure and cow dung have a significant effect on the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium of E.scandens sprouts, but not the selenium content.Total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium were higher in the T6,T8,and T9 groups, and lower in the T10,T1,T2,and T3 groups.Considering the cost of fertilization, the combined application of 0.8kg /plant and 1.2kg / plant of chicken manure or cow manure is more conducive to the absorption of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements of two-year-old E.scandens sprouts.5.The membership function analysis and principal component analysis are ranked first in the T6 group, followed by T9,T8 and T5 groups, and the lowest are T10,T1,T2 and T3 groups. This shows that with the increase in the concentration of chicken manure and cow dung, the growth of two-year-old E.scandens and the yield and quality of sprouts have been improved. And 0.8kg /plant of chicken manure combined with 1.2kg / plant of cow manure has the best effect.
