In order to solve the problem of heavy metals in rice in the south of China,based on the analysis of the current methods and principles of straw briquetting,combined with the parameters of rice straw material parameters,three-dimensional step-by-step hydraulic compression and compression working principle was used to design a kind of rice straw Compression molding equipment,the chopping device of the quantitative closed transmission interface,hydraulic compression molding system,the discharge device,such as the corresponding design.The effects of water content,feed amount and straw cutting length on the compressibility and efficiency of straw were tested by single factor test.The reasonable factors were selected on the basis of single factor,and the orthogonal experiment was completed.Of the compression process parameters.The results are as follows:1.Selection of rice straw briquetting molding equipment,including straw shredding air transport institutions,compression molding agencies,automatic control systems and power systems,etc.,can be completed once the automatic feeding,straw shredding,wind transport,compression molding,Packing bags and other five operations to achieve the rapid compression of straw molding,productivity?1.2t/h,forming block density of 0.5¹.0g/cm3.2.The single factor and multi-factor experimental study on the density of briquettes were studied by using the rice straw as the experimental material.The factors such as the amount of feed,the length of cut and the water content were analyzed by means of range analysis and variance analysis.The optimal combination was that the water content of rice straw was 25%,the length of rice straw was 25mm,the amount of rice straw was 30kg,and the density of rice straw briquetting was 0.77g/cm3.3.Through the regression analysis and calculation,the mathematic model of the straw mulch water content,the chopping length and the feed quantity were obtained.????28?1.5653?10?.04448z₁-.00089z₁²?10?.01942z₂-.00039z₂²-.0785z₃?10?.0016z₃²...
