As an important industrial raw material crop,tobacco is a part of China's economic development.The effects of different kinds of fertilizers on the growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco are very obvious.The key point to create high economic benefits is to construct a high quality soil condition and nutrient management.This paper mainly adopts the method of combine field experiments and laboratory related analysis,and applied the experiments below in 2016 in Luoping County of Yunnan province:The effects of nitrogen forms on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco;Type of nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and quality of Flue-cured tobacco;Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer ratio on growth and quality of flue cured tobacco.The purpose of this study is to provide scientific basis for optimizing nutrient management of flue-cured tobacco and the production of high quality tobacco in Luoping County.The main results are as follows:Effects of nitrogen forms on growth and quality of flue cured tobacco in Luoping:The results showed that under the 1:1 ratio of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen the flue-cured tobacco was grow better than that of the other 6 treatments,which provided certain theoretical basis for the production of high quality tobacco.As the nitrate content increased,the thickness of leaves decreased and the leaves became loose.The content of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium in tobacco leaves decreased with the increase of ammonium nitrogen content.Under the proportion of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in 1:1 treatment,the output value and the high-middle-quality ratio was the highest,as 49775.64yuan/hm~2 and 85.30%respectively.Summarize and concern comprehensively from the two aspects of economic characters and internal quality of flue-cured tobacco,the best proportion of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in tobacco growing area in Luoping was 1:1.Effects of nitrogen application amount and type on growth and quality of flue cured tobacco in Luoping.The results showed that there was no significant difference in number of productive leaves among the treatments of nitrogen application compared with no nitrogen treatment,while the agronomic traits have better presentation with the nitrogen application.In the perspective of total sugar and reducing sugar,their specific performance is:central leaves>upper leaves>lower leaves,and all parts of tobacco leave number increased with the decrease in nitrogen application rate.The content of total nitrogen,nicotine and potassium increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.The variation trend of the content of potassium and chlorine in tobacco leaves is:lower leaves>central leaves>upper leaves>.Increasing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is beneficial to the production of high quality tobacco.After a comprehensive comparative of the influence of the nitrogenous fertilizer amount and type on economic characters and the inherent quality of flue-cured tobacco,it can be preliminary draw an analysis that there are obvious differences in Luoping tobacco growing areas of the optimum nitrogen amount and type,the most suitable for the application is 90kg/hm~2 ammonium phosphate nitrate,its output value and yield reached2204.89kg/hm~2 and 52432.28 yuan/hm~2.Effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilization on growth and quality of flue cured tobacco in Luoping.The results showed that the proportion of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in Luoping was better in the treatment of 1:1.5:3 than that of the other 9 treatments.T1,T2 and T3 treatments with lower phosphorus application levels were relatively backward in growth period and botanical characters.The results showed that the content of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium in all parts of flue-cured tobacco decreased with the decrease of the ratio of phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer.Under the condition of constant phosphorus application rate,the content of total nitrogen increased with the decrease of potassium content.Increasing the proportion of phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer under the appropriate conditions is conducive to the production of high quality tobacco.To comprehensively comparative analysis of the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio on the influence of economic characters and the inherent quality of flue-cured tobacco,it can be preliminary draw that there are obvious differences in Luoping tobacco growing areas from its suitable nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer proportion,the most suitable ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium is 1:1.5:3,under which the output value and yield reached 2113.48kg/hm~2 51945.90yuan/hm~2.
