| At present, the most common multifunctional plant protection machinery is spray and fertilizer integrated machine, which can simultaneously achieve the function of spray and solid fertilizer application. But in terms of plant protection,it is still a traditional form of pesticide spraying with a single way. However, with the development of agricultural technology,a single chemical control method based on spray pesticide has become more and more difficult to meet the requirements of plant protection. Therefore, more requirements have been put forward on the efficiency of plant protection and the form of plant protection. Therefore, according to the demand of plant protection,a multifunctional electrostatic spray machine is designed, which combines electrostatic spray and biological control to meet the needs of different plant protection work and improve the efficiency of plant protection. The main research work and conclusions in this paper include the following aspects:(1)Design of multi-function electrostatic protection machineAccording to the demand of plant protection,a spray bar electrostatic spray system and a biomass ball drop device are designed, which take into account the functions of electrostatic spraying and biological control. The spray system uses the contact charge method, and the charge mass ratio measurement and the droplet size spectrum are measured under different spray conditions, and the spray parameters of the follow-up test are determined.(2)Study on the change of retention of liquid medicineThree kinds of plants with different surface characteristics were studied.Changes in retention of liquids on the leaves under electrostatic and non-electrostatic spraying conditions at different periods after uniform watering were performed. At the same time, the water content of leaves and the capacitance of leaves were measured. The trial lasts for a week. The interpretation of the changes in the retention of liquids at different times was given.(3)Study on spray uniformity of single nozzle and multiple nozzles The test compares the flow-to-charge-to-charge-to-mass uniformity of single and multiple nozzles with spray pressures of 0.2 MPa,0.3 MPa,and 0.4 MPa and charge voltages of 0,10 KV,and 20 KV.(4)Study on the uniformity of spray distribution under different spray conditions The spray pressure is 0.20 MPa,0.25 MPa,0.30 MPa,0.35 MPa,0.40 MPa,and the spray height is 0.30m,0.35m,0.50m,0.75m,and 1.00m,and the charged voltage is 0,5 KV,10 KV,and 15 KV.Under 20 KV conditions, the distribution uniformity of spray deposition along the length of the boom and the direction of the sprayer was studied.(5)Effect of spray conditions on the coverage of droplets on the leaves of rapeseed1)Experiments were conducted at spray height 0.35m,spray pressure 0.20MPa,charge voltage 0,10KV,20KV,and the average coverage changes at 7 different sampling positions were compared, and the different charge voltage pairs were analyzed for average coverage. The impact of the rate.2)Orthogonal tests were conducted to analyze the effect of spray height, sprayer forward speed, and spray pressure on the impact of droplet coverage under the conditions of electrostatic and non-electrostatic conditions. The optimal conditions for electrostatic and non-static conditions were given respectively. The combination of spray parameters are as follows:the optimal combination of parameters under non-electrostatic conditions is spray height 500mm,spray pressure 0.4MPa and sprayer forward speed 1.0m/s;the optimal parameter combination under static conditions is spray height 500mm,spray pressure 0.30MPa and sprayer forward speed 1.0m/s. |
