With the rapid development of China’s economy,the national per capita income is rising,and the pursuit of a better life is also increasing.However,China’s environmental,population and food problems are becoming increasingly prominent,which makes traditional agriculture unable to fully meet people’s demand for high-quality life.As a high-tech,micro plant factory has the advantages of low pollution,high space utilization rate,high output quality and easy popularization.It can solve the above problems well.Taking the micro plant factory as the core,this paper constructs the nutrient solution ion concentration detection model and the strawberry plant environmental regulation model,and designs a set of environmental regulation system of micro plant factory integrating environmental monitoring,environmental control and nutrient solution composition detection.Taking"Zhangji"strawberry seedlings as the test object,the test was carried out in the cabinet of the family plant factory to verify the regulation effect of the system.The test results show that the system has certain practicability and can be applied to environmental control and nutrient solution detection in the plant factory,and the management of nutrient solution is particularly important for plant growth.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Study on ion detection model of nutrient solution in micro plant factory.In view of the current lack of theoretical guidance in nutrient solution management and the difficulty that nutrient solution composition detection cannot be separated from ion selective electrode,with the help of previous soft sensing ideas,this paper studies the relationship between the concentration changes of K+,NO3-,PO43-in nutrient solution and the values of p H and conductivity,constructs a nutrient solution ion detection model based on BP neural network,and realizes the real-time prediction of K+,NO3-,PO43-concentration in nutrient solution through p H and conductivity.The determination coefficient of the model can reach 0.928 and the mean square error is 0.0019.It has certain practicability and can provide effective guidance for the management of nutrient solution in micro plant factory.(2)Study on Strawberry environmental regulation model based on photosynthetic rate.The control variable method was used to collect 528 groups of photosynthetic rate values of"Zhangji"strawberry seedlings under different temperature,light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration.The relationship between strawberry photosynthetic rate value and temperature,light intensity and carbon dioxide concentration was analyzed;Genetic algorithm(GA)was used to explore the optimal growth environment of strawberry corresponding to the maximum photosynthetic rate at different temperatures,and a strawberry environmental regulation model based on GA-XGBoost was constructed,which laid a theoretical foundation for the regulation experiment.(3)Software and hardware design of environmental regulation system for micro plant factory.Based on the household plant factory cabinet produced by Omar,this paper establishes a micro plant factory combined with photosynthetic instrument,nutrient solution environmental detection sensor and environmental regulation equipment,and develops a remote regulation software using java language,which can monitor the environment and nutrient solution status in the micro plant factory in real time,and automatically issue regulation instructions to the environmental regulation equipment according to the environmental information and environmental regulation model.(4)Test of environmental regulation system in micro plant factory.Using the same three"Zhangji"strawberry seedlings and family plant factory cabinet as in the photosynthetic rate collection test,One grew under natural environmental conditions,one grew under environmental regulation,and the last one was regulated by the environment and cultured in nutrient solution circulation.Test the working state and control effect of the software and hardware of the system,and compare the growth status of seedlings after 20 days.The test results show that the system can monitor and control the internal environment of micro plant factory for a long time,effectively accelerate the growth of crops,which has certain practicability.The environmental regulation system of micro plant factory designed in this paper can monitor the photosynthetic physiological environment and nutrient solution ion concentration in the process of crop growth in real time,and remotely regulate the internal environment with the maximum photosynthetic rate as the goal to accelerate crop growth.It has certain practicability and application prospect,and is of great significance to promote the development of micro plant factory in China.
