| Daxing’anling in Inner Mongolia is located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia and has a large latitude span.Its special geographical spatial distribution and forest structure determine that it plays a crucial role in the ecological environment.It not only has the function of conserving water,protecting the forest environment and maintaining the environment,but also has functions such as ecological barriers.Due to over-harvesting in recent decades,its forest ecosystems have been severely damaged,seriously threatening the survival and development of humans and society,and forest health issues have received increasing attention.In this paper,the forest health index was used to evaluate the health of forests in the Greater Xing’an Mountains,Inner Mongolia.Traditional health assessment is time-consuming,labor-intensive and inefficient.With the continuous development of quantitative remote sensing technology,new ideas have been provided for large-scale assessment of forest health.research shows:(1)Analysis of the overall forest health status in Daxing’an,Inner Mongolia:The entire Daxinganling region in Inner Mongolia is in a healthy state,with a healthy area of16,253 km~2(accounting for 15%of the Daxing’anling forest area)and a sub-health area of55,771 km~2(52%).Health 23 262km~2(21%),unhealthy 12 970km~2(12%).The health value of coniferous forests is generally better than that of broad-leaved forests.(2)In terms of altitude,the health value of coniferous forests increases with altitude,and the health value of broad-leaved forests decreases with elevation.By studying the relationship between forest health and altitude,slope and aspect,it is found that the health of forests in high-altitude areas is greatly affected,and there are more unhealthy small areas,and the area of forest ecosystem health is relatively large in areas with low altitude;The lower the forest ecosystem health,the more likely it is that environmental factors will interfere with health indicators;the health coverage of shady slope forests is greater than that of sunny slopes.(3)In terms of slope,the area ratio of coniferous forests and broad-leaved forests on gentle slopes is the largest.Coniferous forests have the highest health value on gentle slopes,and broad-leaved forests have the greatest health value on flat slopes.With the constant increase of slope,the health value of coniferous forest has not changed much,and the change of health value of broad-leaved forest has increased.(4)In terms of slope direction,the average health forest index at different slopes was in the order of shady slope>half shady slope>half sunny slope>sunny slope,that is,the health status of shady forest vegetation was better than that of sunny slope as a whole. |
