Study On Performance Test Of Disk Knife Chaff Cutter

The chaff cutter is widely used as a feed processing machine for the processing of straw materials and pastures.However,there are still disadvantages such as low productivity,large power consumption.In this paper,according to the existing problems,the productivity,power consumption and vibration characteristics of the 9Z-6A disk chaff cutter were experimentally studied.The main research content is as follows:(1)Taking the productivity and power consumption of the chaff cutter machine as the performance index,the factors of the spindle speed,feed volume,and straw moisture content were selected as experimental factors for orthogonal test.Extremely poor analysis of orthogonal test results.The results show that the order of the effects of the experimental factors on the productivity of the chaff cutter: feed amount> moisture content > spindle speed;The order of influence of the experimental factors on the power consumption of the rakes: spindle speed> feed amount> moisture content.(2)Analysis of the variance of orthogonal test results shows that the moisture content and feed rate have a significant effect on the productivity of chaff cutter,the spindle speed has no significant effect on the productivity of chaff cutter;The effect of spindle speed and feed rate on the power consumption of the chaff cutter is extremely significant.The effect of the moisture content on the power consumption of the chaff cutter is significant.(3)Through the regression analysis of the orthogonal test results,a regression equation that can be used to predict the productivity of the chaff cutter and a regression equation that predicts the power consumption of the chaff cutter are obtained.(4)Arrange five test points on important parts of the chaff cutter and the chaff cutter was tested for vibration.Time domain analysis of vibration signals was carried out.According to the time domain signal,a representative vibration signal at the throwing pipe is selected for key analysis.Through the self-spectral analysis of the vibration signal of the throwing tube in the y direction,it is concluded that the main cause of the vibration of the throwing tube is caused by the resonance generated by the throwing fan stirring air and the throwing tube shell.Test the performance of the chaff cutter and analyze the test results.The conclusions can provide effective suggestions for improvement of chaff cutter.
