(1)Chaff cutter is a kind of corn straw and straw and other crops processing machinery,because of the simple operation and widely used in small and medium-sized farms,but the chaff cutter currently has a large power consumption,low production rate,the throwing process is easy to clog and many other problems.Taking 9Z-6A type chaff as the test prototype,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and experimental study on the throwing performance of chaff cutter,the research contents are as follows:(2)The throwing device of chaff cutter was investigated and the throwing distance test was carried out.The results show that the straw in the throwing shell is affected by the impact of the blades and the airflow,and the straw is only affected by the airflow in the throwing straight cylinder,and the power consumption of the straw thrown by the whole process airflow is greater than that generated by the impact straw of the blade,and the straw throwing distance increases with the increase of the spindle speed,and the throwing distance of the posterior tilt blades is greater than that of the forward tilt blades and radial blades.(3)Taking productivity and power consumption as the index,the blade inclination,spindle speed and straw moisture content of chaff cutter were taken as the test factors,and the optimal level was selected to carry out orthogonal test according to the results of single factor test.Based on the analysis of the results obtained from the orthogonal test of the throwing process of the chaff cutter,the main and secondary relations affecting the productivity of the chaff cutter are as:the spindle speed>the blade inclination>the water content of the straw,the primary and secondary relations affecting the power consumption of the chaff cutter such as:the spindle speed of>the water content of the straw>the blade inclination.(4)Regression analysis was carried out by the obtained orthogonal test results,and a linear regression equation which can be used for predicting the productivity of chaff cutter and a linear regression equation of the power conumption of chaff cutter were obtained.
