With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,crushing machines are widely used.At present,most crushing machines have problems such as strong vibration,large power consumption,and poor crushing quality.To solve this kind of problem,on the basis of setting up a test rig,the spindle rotor speed,straw feed rate,and straw feed rate were chosen as experimental factors to perform vibration,power,and crushed mass performance tests.Draw the following conclusions:(1)The kneader's power consumption tends to increase with the increase of spindle speed,feed amount,and feed speed.The rate of stalk silking increased with the increase of spindle speed,and decreased with the increase of feeding speed.The change of straw silking rate was concentrated at about 95% with the increase of feed rate.(2)Under no-load conditions,the vibration acceleration of each key component of the crusher is small,and the main output is the vibration of the discharge port;Under the load conditions: With the increase of the feed volume,the crusher crushes The vibration acceleration of the chamber and the discharge port first decreases and then increases,and the vibration acceleration at the motor presents an increasing trend;as the spindle speed increases,the kneading machine is in the kneading chamber,the discharge port,and the motor frame.The acceleration of vibration increases first and then decreases.As the feeding speed increases,the vibration accelerations of the crusher at the front,rear,top,bottom,left,right,and at the junction of motor and outlet of the kneading chamber first decrease and then increase.It can be seen from the spectrum diagram that in the kneading chamber,the 0-300 Hz low-frequency crusher has the largest left and right vibration acceleration self-power spectrum,and the maximum value appears at the main shaft fundamental frequency or its frequency multiplication;at 300-The 600 Hz low frequency band is dominated by the discharge port vibration.(3)Comprehensive analysis of variance obtained that the factors affecting the performance of the crusher were primary feed rate> spindle speed> feed rate.The optimal level combination is: when the single feeding quality is 0.8 kg,the spindle speed is 1600 r/min,and the feeding chain speed is 0.45 m/s,the crusher has the best working performance.At this time,the vibration of the crusher was small,and the result was in line with the test target.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the rational and efficient use of the crusher in the future,to make it more perfect in the actual production,to find out the main causes of the vibration and the significance of the impact.
