Empirical Analysis On The Difference Of Policy Performance Of Grassland Ecological Compensation

Along with the social and economic progress,continuous development of human society,the ecological problem more and more become the focus of people,especially the prairie ecological construction question,for the purpose of the grassland ecological restoration and protection,our country implemented the prairie award policy.The grassland degradation is very serious,to be carried out on the grassland ecological protection,grassland fill award policy as an effective means of grassland protection,needs us to study and analysis,from the late development,implementation,analysis and evaluation and so on is very necessary to study the various aspects of discussion.In this paper,based on the two perspectives in the empirical analysis method,the typical pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia xilingol league area,on the basis of field investigation,analysis and evaluation of grassland award policy implementation performance.Under the regional perspective,the research region is divided into two regions,this paper compares and analyzes under the perspective of operators,divided into family farms,the general herdsmen,three different main body herders cooperative,comparative analysis,in the same perspective by analyzing the ecological,economic and social aspects of performance,comparing performance differences,analyses the reasons of the differences,finally in order to fill the related government department to optimize the prairie award policy advice.
