The growth and metabolism of Suillus luteus?L.:Fr.?Gray in different pH and Ca2+concentrations were significantly different, the growth of this bacterium is suitable for a more acidic environment, optimal growth pH is low, acidic substances are secreted under the optimum pH conditions to regulate the pH of the environment,But the effects of environmental pH and Ca2+on its growth are not clear. In order to understand the metabolic mechanism of environmental pH and Ca2+,this experiment was carried out,The liquid culture conditions of pH in different environments were studied, the content of oxalic acid and protein secreted during the growth of brown ring was measured and the total DNA and RNA content of mycelia were detected after the pH culture of different environment, the change in the diameter of colony growth in Ca2+medium was also recorded, changes in the diameter of colony growth in different concentration gradient Ca2+culture medium. After the study, the biomass of the bacteria and the secretion of oxalic acid were significantly affected by the pH culture of different environments, the image is similar to a quadratic curve. The highest pH value of oxalic acid in liquid medium after mycelium culture was 8.0,DNA is high in pH range from 5.0 to 7.0.RNA content in fresh mycelium is relatively high at low pH.With the increase of Ca2+concentration,the growth trend of colonies gradually increased, the growth rate of the colony diameter at the Ca2+concentration was 2g/L,The growth of colonies is inhibited when Ca2+concentration exceeds that concentration.
