In this experiment,three more commonly used ectomycorrhizal fungi and Picea crassifolia and Picea mongolia were used to conduct ectomycorrhiza synthesis experiments to explore the two species under laboratory conditions Root synthesis effect.The optimal growth medium for Suillus brevipes and Suillus luteus was selected as MMN medium;the optimal medium for Schizphylhls commne Fr.was PDA culture.base.All the three tested strains could infect the root system of Picea crassifolia and Picea schrenkiana,forming obvious ectomycorrhizal fungi;the stem viscous capillaris strain,brown ring cow liver strain,Schizophyllum sp.80.26%,83%,75.34%;and the spruce inhabitation rates were 68.35%,66.18%,and 51.26%,respectively,which all reached 5 or more.In order to investigate the effect of mycorrhizal inoculation on the growth of mycorrhizal fungi,the growth and biomass of seedlings were measured in this study.The effect of three kinds of ectomycorrhizae on the growth of Picea crassifolia was stronger than that of the brown ring cow liver strain and Schizophyllum;the effect of the brown ring cow liver strain on the growth of spruce in sandy land was greater than that of the short-hand sticky cow.Liver strains and Schizophyllum.The growth of the three ectomycorrhizal synthetic seedlings was generally better than that of uninoculated control seedlings.
