Mastitis in dairy cows is one of the major diseases which restrict the development of dairy husbandry. In this study, the incidence of mastitis in dairy cows was investigated from January to December 2017 in 15 large intensive pastures. The data of the investigation were analyzed. The results of the the investigation showed that the incidence of mastitis in dairy cows is related to the parity, lactation quantity, lactation period and season. The highest incidence rate was 34% at the third parity and 11.0% at the fifth parity. The incidence of mastitis would decrease with the increase of the parity after the third parity. The incidence of mastitis was 4.06% when the lactation was less than l5 kg,it would increase to 63.0% when the lactation of the diary cows reached at 30 kg.The results showed that the incidence of the disease was also increasing with the amount of lactation increases. In addition, the incidence of the mastitis in dairy cows was also related to the lactation period and season. The highest incidence rate was 44.7% during 61 days to 180 days of lactation. Then it would decreased gradually.More than 300 days of the lactation, the incidence rate decreased to 6.5%.The results indicated the incidence of mastitis in dairy cows was high in winter and summer and low in spring and autumn. The study of therapeutic effect of the combination of Yobaoxin and Meidajia on clinical dairy mastitis was carried out by bacteriological detection method and animal clinical experiments. The results showed that the main pathogens causing clinical Dairy Mastitis in pastures were Enterobacteriaceae(41.6%),among them,Escherichia coli(17.3%),Staphylococcus(27.0%),Klebsiella(17.1%),Streptococcus(2.1%),and other bacteria(12.3%).The clinical animal test results indicated that the cure rate of combination of Yobaoxin and Meidajia reached 89.8%,that of combination Ruchang and Meidajia was 79.6%.The analysis of the treatment cost showed that the cost of combination of Yobaoxin and Meidajia was lower than that of other methods. Conclusion: The incidence of clinical mastitis in dairy cows was related to parity, lactation quantity, lactation period and season; The clinical mastitis was mostly caused by the mixed infection of bacteria, and the isolation rates of Enterobacter and Staphylococcus was higher. For the treatment of the disease, the combination of Eusporin and metobacillus has good curative effect and low cost.
