The subject researches on the corn grain harvester developed by the YTO Industrial Park Co.,Ltd.d.(heilongjiang).our country are speeding up the mechanization of our agriculture.it's imminent for developing a corn grain harvester to fit China's national conditions,and based on the thorough market research from the company and the contrastive analysis of the performance and reliability of competitor,the 4YZ-6 corn grain harvester,which is a unique product of the enterprise,was put forward for the currently development project,and to push forward the development of the project,to meet the needs of the market for the users.This paper introduces the development status and research status of corn harvester in and outer home,introduces the performance parameters and core component structure of the two most advanced corn grain harvesters in the world,analyzes the gap between domestic corn harvester and foreign advanced corn harvester,and proposes to increase the investment in the research of harvester.Firstly,this paper determines the general layout design scheme on structure and performance parameters of the corn grain harvester,and carries out the design and parameter selection of the components,and then combines the traditional structural mechanics calculation method and the modern finite element analysis method to calculate the strength and stiffness of the frame.Based on the four typical harvesting conditions of the corn grain harvester,the finite element analysis software is used to analyze the strength and stiffness of the loading static strength and rigidity,and verifies the strength,stiffness and reliability of the frame itself,provides a reference basis for structural optimization design,reduces the reliability verification cycle,and provides a high reliability harvester product for domestic users to meet the user demand.According to the general structure design scheme and the whole performance parameters of the whole combine,we completed the engineering drawing and manufacture prototype of the harvester,and completed the reliability and performance test of the corn grain harvester,then,we put into production and sale the corn grain harvester.lastly,base on the reliability date from the market and verified the analysis of strength and stiffness were necessity and reasonable indirectly.
