Paddy seedling ordered pneumatic throwing transplanting technology is a kind of mechanical throwing transplanting technology which is propitious to improve the mechanization of rice planting in C hina.It can orderly and efficiently transplant paddy seedling without doing hurt on its stem or roots.The fifth generation,four wheel drive high speed pneumatic ordered throwing transplanter,is most possible to be promoted for the reason that itsworking speed can reach 1.0m/s.This research digs into the four wheel drive high speed pneumatic ordered throwing transplanter,modifies the chassis of Yanmar VP6 G high-speed rice transplanter to design and manufacture the sixth generation prototype.Further details are present as follows:1)Collected date of the reformed chassis and finished the design,including the belt drive design,the transmission design between the auxiliary gearbox and the working device and the position design of the frame.Find out the relationship of walking distance and auxiliary gearbox by a test and measured the speed of the engine.Designedcardan-gear-chain driveas the transmission scheme of the auxiliary transmission box to the working device,and finished the chain transmission design,chosethebevel gears and cardanthrough the theoretical calculation.Designed two stage belt-transmissions as the transmission scheme of the engine to the air compressor,and got the related datathrough theoretical calculations.From the view of ergonomics,analyzed the rationality of seedling stand position,set the seedling frameon both sides of the seedling-operator's position for the reason that it can reduce the work intensity of seedling operate in test.Finish the blue print.2)Used Theoretical calculation and Adams simulation software to design the belt drive clutch mechanism.There is a clutch mechanism in the first belt transmission,and a simplified mathematical model was used to describe the relationship of the tensioning wheel,driving wheel and driven wheel.After a calculation and get the conclusion that the tensioning wheel at least rotates 32 degrees to change the "from" state into "closed" state.Used the Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS)to study the relationship between the foot rest lever and the hook of theclutch mechanism,and got the ideal design parameters.Through ADAMS simulation results with the theoretical calculation,the pedal force operated clutch mechanismin a reasonable range.3)Used ANSYS to analyze the mounting rack,small gantry and continued seedling tray.Static analysis shows that the dangerous section in the mounting rack is where pin connecting with chasses,and the solution that used the 40×40×4mm tube replace the 40×40×3mm tube was put forward.The modal analysis ofthe mounting rack shows it has avoidedthe resonance frequency,and the structure is safe and reliable.The static analysis as well as modal analysis shows that the design of the small gantry is acceptable.The static analysis shows that the strength of the seedling tray is reasonable and the modal analysis shows that the first and second frame frequency of continuedseedling traycloses tothe main vibration source,which does help to reduce friction coefficient between continued seedling tray and seedling tray.4)Tested the walking performance of this prototype,and analyzed the motion of operator to seedling.Made a performance ofthe four wheel drive high speed pneumatic ordered throwing transplanter at an International Conference,made a contribution to the promotion of technology of ordered pneumatic throwing transplantation.This prototype can run 1.13m/s on the land,andthe tank pressure balance at 0.5MPa,the speed of the air compressor is in the design of the speed range.The operator just needs three steps without leaving his seat to finish the seedling in the motion analysis.Had a demonstration of ordered pneumatic throwing transplantation in front of 450 delegates from 9 countriesat an international conference.And exchange ideas with somescholar.
