Application Of Chinese Herbal Medicine And Probiotics In Antibiotic-free Farming

This article first introduces probiotics and general situation of the research of Chinese herbal medicine additive for pig feed,and grew up to health du ternary hybrid pigs as the research object,through the added in the basic diet of different types of commercially available probiotics compounds and Chinese herbal medicine preparation,study of probiotics and herbal preparations used in proportion to add to the base in the diet,compared the effect of different additive group of pig growth,aimed at developing without resistance to perfect compound feed provides theory basis and data support.The main research content includes two aspects:(1)of the different types of Chinese herbal medicine preparation and compatibility of beneficial bacteria in the compound(Feng Q iang ecological)on pig growth,death,meat quality,nonspecific immunity and the influence of the hydrolytic amino acids and other physiological indexes;(2)the effects of different types of herbal preparations and the beneficial bacteria complex on the gut,the length of the intestine,the p H of the gut and the microbes in the gut.The results are as follows:(1)for meeting the premix of pig nutrition standards at home and abroad on the basis of the diet fed to the control group,by adding different Chinese herbal medicine in pig diet preparation(strong,001,C hinese herbal medicine every day,perfectly shaped)with beneficial bacteria in the compound preparation(Feng Q iang ecology),research the different types of commercially available preparations compatibility to the pig growth,death,meat quality,nonspecific immune globulin,and the influence of the hydrolytic amino acids and other physiological indexes.Experiment chooses the average weight of 10 ~ 15 kg 60 days of age grew up healthy social ternary hybrid 192 piglets,randomly divided into a control group and three groups,each group 2 repeat,repeated every 24 pig.Feeding trials for 130 d,the experimental results show that:(1)of Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics composite used in lower feed conversion ratio and improve daily gain,and reduce the death three aspects all have obvious effect,can raise the production performance of second-pollution without resistance,ensure no resistance to the pig-breeding reach a higher level of production.The combination of herbal and probiotics has no significant effect on the improvement of immunoglobulin levels,but it is significant in reducing the number of dead.(3)the hydrolytic amino acid determination results showed that C hinese herbal medicine and probiotics used for meat flavor has the obvious improvement,a variety of flavor amino acids were significantly improved;It can also reduce the occurrence of low-quality meat(DFD,PSE)and ensure the stability of the meat.(2)in order to conform to the premix pig nutrition standards at home and abroad on the basis of the diet fed to the co ntrol group,by adding different C hinese herbal medicine in pig diet preparation(strong,001,Chinese herbal medicine every day,perfectly shaped)with beneficial bacteria in the compound preparation(Feng Q iang ecology),research the different types of co mmercial preparations of compatibility of different types of C hinese herbal medicine compound preparation and probiotics(Feng Q iang ecological)on intestinal index,intestinal villus length,the influence of the intestinal p H and gut microbes;Experiment chooses the average weight of 10 ~ 15 kg 60 days of age grew up healthy social ternary hybrid 192 piglets,randomly divided into a control group and three groups,each group 2 repeat,repeated every 24 pig.Feeding trials for 130 d,the experimental results show that: Chinese herbal medicine and probiotics used to improve the intestinal environment,improve e.intestinal contents of p H value,which is conducive to the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria,moreover also can promote the growth of intestina l villus,improve the intestinal absorption ability.Test from the level of production performance,immune and intestinal micro ecology and meat quality of four aspects,preliminary probiotics and C hinese herbal medicine compound was verified using this method is effective in the absence of resistance breeding.
