Monitoring Antigen And Antibody Of Avian Influenza, Newcastle Disease In Changping Town, Dongguan City

Avian Influenza,Newcastle Disease epidemic in C hina and the world have occurred from time to time,which not only bring serious economic losses to farmers,but also carry serious threat to people’s healthsafety and endanger public healthy safety.Previous research indicated that Newcastle Disease may be accompanied with Avian influenza virus which directing us to investigate the preventing situation of Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease that is critical for preventing spreading of above two important diseases.In this study,the qualified rate of immune antibody and antigen of live Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease was monitored inthree different points(three birds wholesale market,scale farms and backyard households)from 2011 to 2015 and then get the assessment of the situation of Avian Influenza,Newcastle Disease immunization prevention and control work of Changping Town in the past few years.492 serums from the three bird wholesale markets,3438 serums from the farms,and 556 serums from backyard households were collected for detecting avian influenza antibod y.1203 serums from the three bird wholesale markets,3298 serums from the farms,556 serums from backyard households were collected for detecting Newcastle disease antibody,and also we took three bird wholesale market 2590 swabs,1440 swaps of scale farms,499 swabs for the detection of avian influenza And Newcastle disease pathogen.According the results of this survey,from 2011 to 2015,the average rate of immune antibody of Avian Influenza in the three birds wholesale market is 53.55% and 22.77%(H9 specific)and27.87%(universal influenza).But,the rate of scale farms and backyard households was 97.73% and 83.27 %respective,while the level of antigen of Avian Influenza virus was both zero(H9 specific and universal influenza).At the meantime,the results of detecting antibody pass rate of Newcastle Diseases was 67.74%,96.24%,81.47% respective belonging three birds wholesale market,scale farms and backyard households,and the rate of antigen was 12.93%、0.00%、0.80% respective,indicating that the lowest rate of above Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease was the three birds wholesale market,the corresponding highest antigen,nearly the full of protection antibody of scale farms and the middle level was backyard households.
